Came in on opening day apparently. Had to see what the hype was about. Sandwich-nice toasted bun, healthy portion of roast beef and sauce…ya, was pretty good . Fries were great too. Cooked well, nice crispy exterior and nicely salted . I’ll go back

Good service, although slow, understandable since it’s newly opened (25 mins via drive-thru). The fish was fresh, seasoned and cooked well. Tartar sauce was also very good, came with no other condiments.

I just want to counter Dr. D’s ridiculous review. This place has been open one week. The restaurant industry is not easy and takes time to train staff. I have no affiliation with this business, but it’s obscured to trash a business in their first week. Good luck Kelly’s thank you for coming to our side of town. I look forward to trying the food.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! From the time I entered the door until the time I left, I was more than taken care of. The food was outstanding! SO happy to have a Kellys in Southwest Florida; I grew up eating at Kellys in Revere, MA and this reminds me of home

After reading about this famous Boston restaurant I was excited to try and was disappointed. Food was bland and the way it is served is so unappetizing. The girl taking your money makes your

un-organized chaos. Ordered two sandwiches but only one was keyed. Double and triple check with staff to confirm we ordered two sandwiches. After asking the for the fourth time 10 minutes later, they finally acknowledged their mistake. Then the second sandwich comes first and our first sandwich was still not prepared. Our first sandwich finally arrived cold and made in-correct. I completely understand the new employee’s mistake, and because she apologized I added a star. Completely disappointed the manager did not get involved and was oblivious to what transpired. Either the manager knew what happened and ignored the situation or the manager was not paying attention to see what was going. Very disappointed.

Cash register lady was a little rude to use as we were first time customers. We walked in and it was so hot! I guess AC was broke or they don’t have it. I was also charged and ordered 2 Ruben sandwiches, only got one – had to wait another 15 min for it to be done. They did not offer to give a discount or make it right in anyway. I haven’t tried the food yet and am writing the review while waiting. Do t think I will be back.

Watery clam chowder, so much potatoes barely any clams. The roast beef was dry, nothing special. The $30 large lobster “roll” was a single piece of toast with two spoonfuls of lobster what a joke. Order took over 30mins., so so bad.

Got two milk shakes, two original roast beef sandwiches (with fries), and a lobster roll. The milk shake was melted and seemed watery. Roast beef was cold and lacked flavor, though had a good bbq sauce (could have used more). Lobster roll was $30. $30 for a lobster roll isn’t too crazy, but when you get maybe a few ounces of lobster and a small piece of bread, $30 was insane for it. Overall experience wasn’t great, very little parking (had to park across the street), food was comparable to Arby’s. Let’s hope these were first day kinks…. Would try again.
