Our server was Lou and she is friendly and helpful. She was very helpful with the food choices and answered our questions. The steak was cook as we ordered. The appetizers were great. The home made desert’s we’re incredible. We will be back.

Drove 40 miles to take my wife out for a nice evening…. Restaurant needs updating… When I got my 18 oz steak took two bites ask the waitress about the seasoning she replied they don’t season the steak.. my wife’s hamburger steak was dry…. So I paid $74 for a baked potato ….. When my wife gave me the okay to do the review I knew it wasn’t just me…..

Overpriced for the quality! You have to be leery going to a small steakhouse where all cuts are market priced! Market price in Blacksburg SC ought to be less than Charlotte, New York, Chicago etc. and it’s not! Avoid this place at all costs!! Waitress was more concerned with socializing other tables than the task at hand. Went on a recommendation and would not go back…one and done. Btw… they’re only open 3 days a week… another red flag!

Service was not good! Very rude! Felt like we were interfering with her night. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and the experience was very disappointing. Did not receive our appetizer we ordered.. and was told it didn’t get ordered because she failed to put the order in….never apologized. Not the way I feel we should have been treated!

We went to Kelly’s Steakhouse for dinner on Saturday. It had been a while since we’d been, so we were glad to see that food and service were still excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

Love the new interior. Place looks so clean and fresh. Hamburger steak was the best ever. Turns out they make the ground beef from the steak pieces. Amazing.

It’s a pretty good place to eat. We had a large group so we were in a private room which was nice. Our waitress was trembly friendly and very patient. I didn’t like that they wouldn’t allow you to order off the burger menu if in a large group. You could only order a steak or entree which doesn’t have prices on the menu so you have no idea what you were spending . For me personally it was over priced but we had a great time and it was a fun night out so it was good for a special occasion.

This was my dad’s favorite place. We come here every year to remember him on his birthday. The food is always delicious. Just be patient, they are short staffed but they work hard to make sure you don’t notice.

My husband and I ordered the Filet Mignon 6oz. Baked potato, salad, appetizer of bri cheese with current jam with almonds, French onion soup with cheese cake with strawberries. This was an excellent meal great service. This restaurant has been in operation for 59 years.
