Do not order from this place. The pasta was cold as in it had been inside a fridge. The garlic bread was burnt (adding pictures)- how are you going to send burnt items to your customers? Nothing was edible. Very disgusting

Ken & Mike’s is the clichéd hidden gem. It is a small eatery with unremarkable but cozy decor. The food is super-yumz though! Nothing foo foo shi shi, just satisfying traditional Italian food. We shared a salad, mussels pasta, a small cheese pizza, and garlic rolls. Nice big portions. The garlic rolls and pasta sauces are loaded with garlic, olive oil, peppers, etc. Garlic is good for your immune system and soul, people. Respectable beer and wine selection.

The location has good food, but the service is awful. I have ordered from them on multiple locations and there have been several issues. One time, they had to close early and neglected to inform their customers they could not fulfill their deliveries. I waited for over an hour to find this out and the restaurant refused to offer any discount on a future order and I had to dispute the transaction with my bank. Then today, they delivered my pizza to a completely different address and the restaurant was completely unapologetic. You are best taking your business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service; wasn’t even from the server It was from management itself. I usually get a fettuccine Alfredo but with breaded chicken most places just up charge for it. Understandable. These people told me all there chickens for the chicken Parms were precooked and they could not accomadate because it wasn’t done on the spot. Mind you I would expect this from a food chain but from what seems a mom and pop resturant I would expect much better customer service and food expectancy. The pasta (fettuccine Alfredo) was bland and just a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to local miami lakes families to visit or try because it was an awful experience.

I’m doing an update to my review. 5 stars still stands after the first time I’ve eaten here over 4 years ago. This has become my go-to pizza joint. Service is amazing. They beat their delivery times 99% of the time. They also have great pasta and salads as well.

We order take out about once a month from them and always get great food. Recently ordered a chicken tetrazinni dinner and a kamikaze calzone. Each of these could have easily fed two people and were very reasonably priced. Always look forward to ordering from Ken and Mike’s!

This is the second time I go dine in and the server denies a request I make, The first time I requested a side of ricotta cheese and the server said she couldn’t bring any out because her manager didn’t allow it? The second time I went I requested a chicken parm on the side along with my baked ziti and the same server told me the same thing, that she couldn’t do that because her manager does not allow it? I was clearly going to pay for the extra piece of chicken parm but apparently the manager there doesn’t allow anything? I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant.
