Terrible service and condescending staffs. I ordered for pickup (curbside) via their online website this morning, but when I arrived at the place and called to notify that I’ve arrived, the staffs said “What do you want. You have to come in to the store to get your order.”

Everything I have eaten here has tasted incredible. BBQ Pizza, meatball sub, breakfast burrito, all amazing with the perfect amount of CHEESE 🙂 The ladies at the front that take my order are always so so nice. If you want to have brunch outside, they have a few seats right out in the sun. I contacted them about getting food for my office space and Hratch got right back to me with a reasonable quote, my food was on time to pick up, and everyone at my office was so impressed with their breakfast sandwiches and fruit cups. They even were so kind as to individually wrap everything because of our COVID food policies. This place is a hidden gem in Kendall Square.

Ordered from here twice. Food was ok. Honestly would not be writing a review if it wasn’t for my orders being incorrect both times. First time, I ordered a sandwich and it came as a wrap. The second, I paid extra for avocado and bacon and they were both missing. Like I said the food wasn’t bad, but the service will keep me from coming back.

I work upstairs from Kendall Kitchen. Our company orders catering often and it’s the go-to lunch spot for our staff. Despite being across the street from other lunch spots, Kendall Kitchen has a good price point and fresh delicious lunches and breakfasts. Their lunch specials change daily and are always very good. The staff is very friendly and always smiling!
