If you just order the sushi rolls then your missing out. Each dish was delicious, fresh and unique. Ensure to order one of the pasta. My partner and I are big foodie people and we are sad that we missed out on dessert. So hoping to come back again all the way from Australia. Thankyou again.

Never felt more robbed in my life. Eel rolls overfilled with rice, avocado Mac nut salad using greens from Caesar salad, and scallop curry is not worth a grand total of $80. The only good parts are the location, atmosphere, and attentive staff. If you’re looking for good food, I’d suggest elsewhere.

Our tour guide and hotel both highly recommended this restaurant so we decided to make it a priority to go.

Best happy hour EVER! Excellent sushi! Fun roll combinations. Everything was truly fabulous. LOVED the miso cod, it’s a must eat imo! Friendly staff! Left my CC on accident so had to go two nights in a row… did not disappoint! If you go to happy hour, get there early it fills up fast! Third Friday of the month there’s a Hula show in the plaza next to the restaurant so you can even get free entertainment if you plan it right!

Delicious and filling dinner made with super fresh and local (where possible) ingredients. We loved everything we ordered, especially the macnut crusted lamb. The Kauaʻi shrimp in the sizzling seafood trio was the most flavorful shrimp I’ve ever had. Comfortable and clean ambience with kind service too.

Came here before our snorkeling experience which ended up being their Happy Hour time. So, as we were seated, they informed us the happy hour menu had to be seated at the other side of the restaurant by the bar. They were nice enough to accommodate us and find us a shared table with other group of people for us to enjoy their happy hour menu.

Fresh, fast and yummy! We had the best take out, Asian BBQ are so ‘ono – it’s all about the sauce. Chirashi and tempura took the cake for me! Great spot for dining and take out.

We tried a bunch of stuff between us, all very good quality, the rolls were all right, they do have Japanese sushi rollers behind the bar, enjoyed the lamb a lot, also the eel bowl.

We had a hard time finding good food in Kona, but Kenichi Pacific was excellent. We got some fatty bluefin tuna that my wife said was “some of the best fish she’s ever had”. Also our server, Nick P, was top notch. Just quality all around. Would recommend.

Started right off with the special Salmon rolls of the day, absolutely sublime. Next was the ribs on the appetizer menus, amazing sweet and savory melt in your mouth delicious. Karaage chicken served with a spicy sweet sauce was very crispy and tasty. Local Kona beer was a very nice accompaniment to this excellent meal. Finally the Kona banana foster really was phenomenal. Service is spectacular, definitely a great dining experience.
