This place from the service to food was awesome! We just got in last night and it was 8:40 most places were closed we saw that they were open till 9pm and went in full expecting to say hey were closing instead we were greeted with a smile. Our waiter was incredible sweet gave us 2 great suggestions for dinner. Prices here were great!!! Everywhere we were on Maui you couldn’t get a burger for under $20 so to find that this place had great prices and great food and great service we were incredible happy. Looking forward to coming back in again. Oh and there’s a sweet kitty that hangs out there which was super friendly.

My husband and I visited right when they opened on a weekday. The waitress was amazing, and steered me towards the misoyaki cod sandwich. She said they regularly sell out of it, and after eating it, I could see why. Complex and delicate flavors, with a delicate fish, seared to add some texture that was crispy and amazing. The sweet, light sauce tied the bun and fish together in a way that combined gourmet flavors with light decadence. I felt a gourmet experience in a relaxed setting. The cocktails were also really great, and enjoyed a handcrafted cocktail by the manager. Our waitress also recommended an amazing margarita, with a rim that was a sour local fruit, dried and in place of the salt rim.

Everything from burgers to sushi burritos lacks seasoning.Need more Japanese vinegar and more seasoning on meat. Very disappointing. If you’re eating those fusion for the first time, it might be ok but if you know what you’re eating, don’t go there. Server left food without napkins nor soy spice…

Service was fast and friendly, went in late and was still offered good service. Food was amazing and was a decent price. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a good choice of food. Will definitely make a trip back here if the opportunity arises.

Really great food! We come here all the time. We have liked everything we’ve ordered. Japanese burrito, poke bowl, kenji loco moco, happa burger with egg. The service was amazing—Shanea killed it! The atmosphere was fun and laid back. This is a place we’ll come many more times.

My husband and I were so impressed with Kenji Burger in Koloa. Our server was so kind, helpful, and attentive. I ordered the Hapa Burger, which was delicious! My husband ordered the Truffle Burger and absolutely loved it, and the Furikake Fries and Fried Gyoza appetizers were amazing. We were seated immediately and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Kauai!

Great food! We really liked their poke bowl, Japanese sushi burrito, and Hapa burger with an egg. Kenji burger with egg and Loco Moco with egg are great too! I like the regular poke, wife likes half and half.
