Honestly this place has gotten worse and worse. The chicken is always over cooked. Forget about getting their tenders. You may as well ask for the breading deep fried and left under a heat lamp. The worse part is their customer service skills suck. Take the criticism and learn from it. Don’t be lazy and leave unedible food out for people to consume.

We ordered the family meal which was supposed to come with mashed potatoes but we got potato salad and macaroni salad instead without any notification from Kennedy that they were out of mashed potatoes nor did they offer any kind of compensation. We will not be returning.

I must admit that I have a problem- an addiction actually. I just can’t get enough of Kennedy’s Fried Chicken. It’s a combination of the perfect batter and cooking, leaving a perfect texture and juiciness that is unlike any other fried chicken that I’ve had in the past. Compare it to a chain restaurant like KFC or Popeye’s- no comparison. If you order it, make sure you enjoy a piece on the way home as that’s the climax of the taste- fresh from the fryer. We usually get a larger order and eat leftovers for the next few days. It remains crispy and doesn’t get soggy like you would expect.

Not batter dipped like it shows. Cooked in burn over used oil. Tastes like everything is cooked in the same fried. Including spicy food. Chicken looks to be a dry rub w/o batter. Not like advertising shows. Definitely old over heated oil.
