Very disappointing. I purchased a large tip chopped thin with mild sauce. They were not chopped thin i got about 13 pieces of burnt chunks of meat and bones. They were old maybe left overs from Memorial day. I could have just bought a bag of cracklings and put bbq sauce on them. The rib tip was dry, hard to chew and appeared to be the top of the rib tips. And the pandemic has brought about higher prices on food (understandable) but food should be edible.

Let me start by saying this was the BEST MEAL I HAVE HAD in a long time. And I eat a lot of good food. The turkey tips drenched in heavenly smooth spicy bbq sauce are out this world. The crispy bits on the tips are my favorite part. They convinced me to try the red beans and rice and now I’ll never not buy them……my daughter said the fried chicken was amazing, the holy grail of fried chicken…. The staff was so friendly and sweet…. They have customer for LIFE ♥️ and YES this place is 100000% WORTH the price they charge. Thank you Kenny’s for a great night.

Called to place my order ahead of time, but was told I couldn’t do call in orders. I found an ordering service online and placed my order. I arrived at Kenny’s 20 mins later, and the food was not ready. I had to wait another 15 mins for my food. Cashier had a blank facial expression for Everything. No smile. No greeting. No goodbye. Just blank. A woman with blondish lox gave me my order with a smile and double checked it for me. The food was good. That customer service needs a Big improvement.

Drove all the way over there from Indiana wanted some bad ordered a small tip it cost me 20.00 dollars. Did not think to check them out get home over half of them were burnt and I asked them could they give me some fresh ribs….. Never ever go there without checking your food before you leave. They are already high as HELL.

I really hate to give it this low of a rating but the pricing has always been high but was good quality a few years ago. I don’t live in the area but when I am I visit for a combo meal. I was disappointed this visit. The customer service was cool but my food wasn’t. The wings were very small, the turkey tips tasted like the meat was old, and the sauce had too much vinegar. For the high prices that this place charges, they need to do better. I spent $30 and it wasn’t worth it.

I went to this restaurant to order rib tps and chicken. I called the restraint 2 hours before the closed to try to place a phone order. They told me that they don’t take phone orders. I Waleed in and was told that they didn’t have enough chicken to support my order which was a large tip.and chicken combo. This order comes with six wings. They told me in order for me to get large tips and 4 wings, I would be charged $3.00 more because THEY were out of chicken. I asked the cashier if they could at least discount my meal since I would be getting less food more money. She proceeded to tell me that she told me the price. I’d explained to her if I order a large time and the 4 wings that they have left, I’d be paying $3.00 more than if I ordered a large tip wing dinner that comes with 6 wings. She said well that’s the price. Of course I decided to leave and not oder anything. This was terrible customer service and almost a ripoff that I refused to stand for

HORRIBLE! Kenny’s is now a complete disappointment. I spent $56 for a large link and 6 wings and a large tip and 6 wings. They put all the sauce on the side and gave us the driest chicken in town. Not to mention, we got a mix of rib tips and “pork rinds” because that’s just how crispy some of the tips were. Just ridiculous. And then the attitude that they give when you order. No costumer service skills at all. My Mother wanted Kenny’s so I had no problem paying $56 for the food. I understand prices are unnecessarily inflated everywhere. But after being a customer for over 30 years, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM KENNY’S RIBS AGAIN! Absolutely not worth my time, my palate or my hard earned money. I’ll cook my own bbq. I keep trying to make excuses for them and give them chance after chance, but no. Thanks for nothing! I’d rather go to Pit Stop in Chicago Heights and spend twice as much for better food and even worse service.

Highly disappointed in my meal. From the rib tips being supper tuff, to barely having fries, to spending almost $20 on peach cobbler and it’s the nastiest peach cobbler I’ve ever had in life. I’m so disappointed, and People really boosted about this place, and it was so not worth the money.
