Fun hometown diner. Friendly service and great food. We had their signature meal. The “quickie”. Chicken fried steak.salad, and potatoes or onion rings.

As diners go, it’s a typical hole in the wall place. We were seated right away and waitress was very attentive and prompt. The Keno club was great tasting (a lot of bacon). My wife said the chicken fried chicken was just ok. She said the gravy tasted a little funny. I would return just to try their other dishes. It was generally good.

My daddy loves this place! When I come into town , this is the go to place. Breakfast is always great. One sunny side up, one pancake , two bacons and coffee , same thing every time !! The waitress are always friendly.

This place has been around for a long time but I hadn’t been there in about 25 years and guess what, even though it’s still a hole in the wall, the food, especially the rolls are absolutely amazing! The fresh rolls are like heaven in your mouth. We also tried their enormous cinnamon roll that takes up the entire 10 inch plate and it topped with chopped pecans. Also, I’ve had the pecan pancakes on another recent visit and they are also scrumptious! Can’t go wrong with this place if you want some comfort food!
