Since 1973, Ken’s Fast Foods Restaurant has been a beloved landmark in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
Mr. Ken Dorning, who had previously co-owned several Burger Chef establishments in the 1960s, realized that he wanted to establish a local operation in his small town of Fayetteville, and thus opened Ken’s Fast Foods.
In 2001, Tammye, Ken’s daughter, and her husband Randy Rozar along with their children took over the business. The restaurant stayed in the family until July 2023 when the Rozars made the difficult decision to sell.
Currently, Dan Holt, a local entrepreneur who owns several other businesses in the area, runs and operates Ken’s Fast Foods. Dan aims to maintain and honor the establishment’s legacy.
Based on 97 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.8 stars. Price $

Ken’s fast food is the best slaw burger you can get. Do not miss the opportunity to try this timeless restaurant.

A local staple of the community! I’ve NEVER imagined sweet mustard coleslaw (yup! I meant to write that) on a burger. Well…it’s a Thing in Fayetteville TN! And while the taste is unique I found myself back there twice in the same week. Back to back days in fact. So, get yourself on down to Ken’s Fast food for a slaw burger! It’s delicious on hotdogs too!!

I’ve been eating at Ken’s since I was five in 1985. It’s a religion at this point and when I heard Randy was closing shop, my heart sank.

Great food as always from Ken’s but now kinda re-opened under new owner. Was super busy and I didn’t get my slaw burger but wasn’t upset. An amazing place to get a burger.

The food is good and the service is acceptable. Ken’s has definitely upgraded with the times. The food used to be more hearty. The waitresses aren’t like the ones from my teenage years. Although they are still good, the change is noticeable. Still, it’s a great place to stop in for something a little closer to home cooked food!

Small mom and pop burger restaurant that’s been around for generations. Best slaw burger and fries in town by far. Staff is always super friendly and they don’t act like they are doing you a favor like other places. You now it’s good when the bag says it’s good. IYKYK.

I’ve always loved Ken’s until recently. The fries they now have are NOT the same. Such a big disappointment. Can you PLEASE go back to the original ones?

The best slaw burgers and slaw dogs in town. Great old fashioned mom and pop business. We are happy to support them.
