This was some of the best food I have eaten. Hands down. Im from Frisco TX and these guys cooked the best wings. I want to call the cook and ask how he cooked these wings. They were literally better than mine. The pizza was perfect. Crispy. Please keep these guys in business.

Sunday night and around 7:00. We picked this place because of the reviews. There seemed to be plenty of cars to indicate fair amount of costumers. We walked in and found We were the only ones with lots of employees, and they didn’t seem too busy. Hmm? We’re really glad we stayed! Husband and I had the salad bar which had good variety of toppings with potato salad and macaroni salad. We ordered the 4 meat medium pizza on thin crust. Very reasonable on the time it took to cook it and it came straight from the oven. Pizza was better that expected. Crust not to thin, lots of sauce and they are not stingy on the cheese. We walked out scratching our head why this place wasn’t pack. Maybe just the wrong time but we were super impressed. We’d go back for sure!!!

They had no physical menus, you had to use a QR code. They posted all the QR codes on the napkins boxes but they didn’t work because it wasn’t clear plastic so I had to walk back to the counter and scan the one there. The menu from the QR code had no descriptions of the food, there’s the name of the food but for example there’s a sandwich called the submarine but no description, what’s on the sandwich? When we finished eating (we were the only ones in the entire restaurant) I stood at the counter to pay (there were 6 employees, 3 facing the counter and three facing the other way) they just kept taking instead of ringing me up, one kid was trying to get the servers attention and was saying her name but she was ignoring him until she finally said what to him with an attitude and he pointed at us and then she finally rang me up. I won’t be coming here again.

I’m terrible with names but I’m a frequent diner, I believe Tonya serves us every time we come in and she is working. She’s a wonderful employee and makes sure everything is just right each time… but if we happen to go on a day she isn’t there… it’s never the best. In terms of food and service. I hope the company treats her well!

Kens Pizza is a staple as a child growing up in Iowa Park. They still have the most awesome today!! Our waitress was named Jennifer and she did an excellent job keeping drinks full and taking our dirty dishes as we had the buffet. Y’all go see Jennifer when your at eating at Ken’s!

12:25 p.m. and there were three customers seated at two booths when we arrived. Red flag and justifiably correct. Pizza buffet was well stocked but no flavor on any pizza. So extremely bland. There were dividers between booths but tables were open seating. Do not recommend and no plans to return.

I thought the customer was always right. Not at Ken’s today I got the chance to go to get me a calzone. I live in Wichita Falls so I don’t get Ken’s much. I worked there for 3 years. So I place my order and I ask for extra ranch extra maranara. I get there and go in pay for my good and sit down and wait for my order. First my order is sit on the counter.i go and ask if my order is oh yes he says. Then I ask you got the maranara and ranch right . He says yes . I get to Wichita and realized I don’t have any ranch. Well that pretty much ruins my meal. So I call and yes I’m a little upset . I tell them to put Tammy on the phone she accuses me of cussing at the kids now anyone who knows especially people who worked with know I’m not going to do that. So I will not be back . She didn’t care how I felt was rude and hatefully. I will not go back.
