I ordered from them using grubhub and have never been to their location. This is a thick crust pizza that is very tasty, everyone enjoyed it. The wings looked good on the outside but they were dark inside and didn’t look fresh at all. Their eggplant grinder was ok but a bit on the dry side. Although the guy delivering the food was given the wrong address, he called me and got to my house while the food was still warm. He was very pleasant and apologetic even though it was not his fault.

It’s a decent place to sit and grub on anything to eat. They have a variety of things for you to order. I have been coming to this kent pizza for years, ever since a child. As kids we sat across the street on the grass b4 the fence was put up. I’m 55 now and still going there. Management changed but the great taste hasn’t.

Kent Pizza never get orders correct when ordering on Door Dash for pick up and instead of remaking the way it was ordered they told me that I needed to request refund from DD. Which will not give full refund for orders in process of being made. They did not even offer to make order correctly.

They served me pork twice when I specifically asked that they not. I used to love their pizza with hamburg onions & peppers. (Once I asked for olives, they thought it was ok to give me green ones.) Anyway they keep their bacon next to hamburg so it got mixed In. When I told them this the second time this was their explanation. I explained I do not eat pork and haven’t in almost 15 years and that my body will be affected negatively even though I forced myself to regurgitate the small portion I had. They were jerks and said I should have been nicer (even though this was the 2nd time). They only gave me a partial refund. Wings are grossed here btw. Lastly they handle money and food without cleaning hands.
