If I could give this place zero stars I would. I found hair in my food! And the way that the cook and cashier handled it was terrible customer service. They don’t give refunds, which is a terrible policy because, I found hair in my food, so no, I don’t want you to remake it! I want my money back! I realized no one there is wearing a hair net, so why would I want you to remake my food? The cashier was no help because they “wasn’t about to get cussed out for giving my money back” which really explains how the cook (possibly the owner) treats their employees.

Out with a handicap client who wanted to see a menu. They didn’t have any paper menus. Inquired if we could see the regular laminated menu and bring it back. They almost had a a heart attack. This is the first coney we have ever been that wouldn’t allow for customers to see the regular menu and bring it back in when we place an order. It’s no different from their menu touching the in dining customer hands.

I ordered a bacon burger and I couldn’t finish more than a couple bites because the lettuce was dirty, the patty had no taste, and bacon wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Unfortunately I asked for no cheese and maybe that would’ve been the only good thing in it…

I ordered a Greek salad and spinach pie. Got all the way home to find out I really had a head of lettuce with two beets, hardly and feta and old looking spinach pie. Needless to say I live too far to go back. Won’t make this mistake again. Disgusting!

The wings are awesome. The fries are awesome. The ranch dressing for dipping is not that great. Taste funny, like it might be old. Don’t know what that taste is. Never had a ranch I didn’t like before. All my food is always cooked fresh, because of this I usually have to wait about five minutes, but that’s not bad for fresh food.

Cashier had good service.. Cooks in the back look at you alot making it seem like your doing something wrong to them. Food made us sick. Chicken to be specific tasted old . Never coming back.

I placed an order for a child’s meal and a regular hamburger meal. We waited 30 minutes for our food. However, the cashier was very happy to assist the best buy customer she was flirting with in a prompt manner. The sign at the cash register ‘no cash refunds’ should have been my first clue, but with nobody in line I did not expect it to take that long. I will not return.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Horrible customer service, and the food is way over priced for what they give you. I ordered 3 meals to go, which means 3 drinks; of course they didn’t have a cup holder but told me c to try asking for one elsewhere. Needless to say I left my drinks there. Then I get the food home which was two kids meals and a coney meal with chili on the fries the bill was $21. There was barely any chili on the fries and barely any French fries in the box. I really think this place needs to get it together, they have lost my business but to keep others, they should clean up and order some drink carriers. Also the boys working there should not be allowed to have their friends in the back sitting on buckets playing games

There is one chef that I always look for to get my chicken Greek salad pita! His name is Gus! I always look to see if he’s working I only stop when I see him because I know it’s gonna be cooked great!!! Love that I can have a healthier option at lunch time!
