Today was my first time with this particular Kirby’s. I walked in and placed my order to go, my husband is in the hospital has been for two weeks and is tired of the hospital food so Kerbys it was for dinner. Amazingly friendly staff and I did not half to wait long at all for my order. They are definitely going on my list of go to places.. I will be going back there again. Had the best service ever today. Greeted the minute we walked through the door. Very warm and friendly staff. They made you feel right at home. The waitress took our order and before you knew it we were eating. Even the manager Haylie came over and greeted us and asked how we were and how our food was. They are a very caring there and wanted to make us happy. They all worked together really well like helping each other out when they could and was on top of what was going on. I wish there were more restaurants around that gave such good service as they do there. Definitely will be going back

Got a chicken Greek and soup for lunch today for carry out. Delicious as usual. But the best part of the situation was the server who took my order and packed it up. Her name was Ruby and she was the sweetest and you can tell she’s genuinely good person. Don’t lose her!

I absolutely cannot stand business that ask for and hustle for tips for no work. This is the third restaurant in a row that has asked if I want to tip or automatically add tips for drive thru or self orders. Why am I giving you a tip?? I tip servers, but the drive thru wants tips for taking my order?? Also, I received one small cup of dressing that was only half full for a salad big enough to feed 3 people and no ketchup with my fries, but you want a tip?
