Just waited 25 minutes for a cold bison burger and cold french fries. If you’re going to be the only option on the airport you should be better than this. Note to the airport authority, give this company the boot and get one in that will provide a reasonable product.

Easily the saddest grilled cheese I’ve ever seen in my life. A little kid could make a better one. Just a slab of cheese and dry toast, no butter, no nothing. I’m almost impressed at how little the cook tried or cared to actually take pride in their work.

$12 for a burger over well done no bun one meaghre slice of onion slapped between two lifeless ripped pieces of lettuce. Why on earth would I ever do that again after waiting for 40 minutes ?

Such a great spot for pre-flight drinks and food! Faber in particular deserves a special shout out – she was tending the bar solo and was so kind to everyone despite being super busy! Give her a raise! Missoula airport is lucky to have a spot like this!

Ordered a cold smoke. Watched 3 beers and 4 burgers get served ahead of me. Then after 6 more people were served I stated I had only ordered a cold smoke. 16$ with tip for a bag of combos and a pint of cold smoke of which I got 3 swallows before I had to board. Apparently “Cold Smoke” is too difficult an order for the Kettlehouse at the Msla airport.

For $18 that bison burger should have wowed me rather than leaving me with the impression I just ate a cooked from frozen patty. Views are nicer than ole Jedidiah’s and I’m certain there is more seating. The bar area is very open and has large TV’s to view on 2/4 sides of the square. Not sure why whomever designed this bar feels only 50% of patrons should be able to watch a world series foosball or pickleball match type thing ya know?
