I spent $30 Grub Hub’ing a famous bowl and french fries to be delivered. It arrived with slaw instead of fries, no chicken in the bowl, no gravy, just a TON of cheese… The only thing they did correctly on my order was put mashed potatoes in a plastic bowl… Never giving these clowns my money again.

Everytime I go there I get a chicken breast meal. Eather they run out of the chicken breasts or the chicken breasts skins are all shriveled up and greasy and feel like they are all wet. Then they don’t tell you that they ran out of chicken breasts. They gave me 2 tiny chicken wings. The meal comes with one breast and a biscuit. But I always buy an extra breast and 2 extra biscuits. Then i gotta go all the way back and argue with them that i paid for 2 chicken breasts and 2 extra biscuits and not 2 chicken wings and one biscuit. When I said I wanted to talk to the manager, they apologized and said they would give me 6 extra wings. They grabbed my box, opened it and dumped the chicken in the trash. Then when I got home to eat, I only had 2 chicken wings in the box and one biscuit. So again I got ripped off. So make sure you always check your food before you leave. No I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I’d tell them about all the bad experiences I have

Today at about 1:15 pm on 3/10/2023, I payed for the 16 PC family meal. I received only 11 pcs of chicken and the lids were not securely closed on the containers of gravy. They spilled inside the bag. It was an absolute mess when I got home.

I usually love the KFC bowls. The last one I received however wasn’t as good as it usually is. The potatoes seemed to have a bit of a different taste to them. It could be because there was very little gravy in the bowl so I could just taste the potatoes more. The chicken wasn’t as crispy and crunchy as it usually is, and it was heavily breaded. I also thought I read that the bowl meal comes with fries, but I never received any in the bag. I decided it was a sign I didn’t need two starches so I didn’t go back in to ask for them.
