Manager doesn’t care, employees don’t care. Took 16 min to get 2 value meals and they forgot the fries. Took 6 additional minutes to get the fries after telling the manager, then an employee, then a 3rd employee. And I’m pretty sure the AC wasn’t working because 1/2 the lights were off in the kitchen and it was hot in the restaurant (5:00pm on a Sunday). I have been to this kfc many times (over 10) and they have never, never gotten the order right.

Horrible service , I ordered food for my lunch break I scheduled it for 930. I ordered the food at 6 PM. I’ve been waiting all day. The food is for the entire lunch people. They canceled my order because nobody would pick it up but I didn’t honestly have an issue going to grab it I already had paid for it. They canceled my order. I called them to see if I can go pick it up and instead of picking up the phone they decided to cut off the line.

This is thr worst kfc I’ve been too. I’ve given this location multiple chances my first experience was the same as my 2nd. Food was horrible and the manager can careless. She stated all they have was original legs nothing more nothing less. I really believe cooperate needs to visit Milford KFC. NEVER AGAIN!!

The manager isn’t friendly and doesn’t want to deal with the Deaf drive-thru customer. I told her that I experienced and no problem. She is rudely and saying, well look at busy drive-thru. You have to drive around twice. I decide to left that is it. KFC needs training how to handle the Deaf and Hard of Hearing drive-thru customers. Anyway, the inside looks dirty.
