Had the worst rude service at the window. Mentioned my order was incorrect and argued and wouldn’t correct the order and completely pretty much refused to help fix the order she got incorrectly, other than you want to purchase or no want to purchase or no yelling.I ordered 2 number ones with 2 sides both mash and coleslaw and she repeated u want mash and cole slaw I said yes after ordering the 2nd one the same as the first with mash and coleslaw. Mistakes are made I understand but to treat a customer disrespectful is not ok. Rude and raised voice.

This KFC is one of the more disappointing locations. The food is standard KFC, if you’re in the mood for it it’s good but not the best deal available. The staff are overworked and the restaurant is understaffed resulting in longer then normal wait times. It doesn’t help that this location is no longer serving Taco Bell and I am uncertain if the change is permanent or temporary. If you’re in the mood for it and it’s in the area go ahead, but if you’re just looking for a fast food joint I’d recommend a different one.

Free standing KFC with mobile pick-up and drive-thru only. Dining room is closed. Fast and accurate service. It seems there used to also be a Taco Bell at this location, but the signs are covered up. Very busy street near Billerica center which makes exiting and turning left almost impossible a great deal of the time. Large, wasted-space parking lot that is useless with the dining room closed. Good food, but depressing locale.
