Order is always wrong and/or missing items. Typically if you go back with the food they will check and fix what is wrong. One time I went back through the drive thru immediately after getting the food, waited another 15 minutes in the line, and was told at the window by the female manager that they were not fixing the food and would call the police on me if I didn’t leave? Like I get that they were slammed busy, I had the item that was wrong to give to them, but she immediately said to leave without even bothering to look at what they gave me.. Going forward if I ever go here again I will only pay with my card, I will never attempt to have the order fixed and I will simply dispute the charges when the order is wrong and I will sit at the drive-thru window and check every single item before driving away. Horrendous customer service.

Well this experience was a true dichotomy the food is just the chicken KFC is so delicious scrumptious and the rolls and coleslaw and mashed potatoes it’s so good but the drive-through was just mobbed it was packed and people were circling around on old Honda 350 motorcycle Subarus trying to cut the line cut me off but this was a great experience all those employees should be making double the money

Took 45 minutes to get what was supposed to be 2 chicken bowls,side of gravyand side of biscuits.was told they are short handed had to send help to another location seems the delivery apps get first priority. I was given couple gift cards and some extra biscuits for my wait … Get home the order is not mine and cold also gift cards not activated so I get nothing but biscuits and probably someone’s left behind orderfor my $40 and time

Ordered a 12 piece family meal 2 of the 3 sides were wrong even though the receipt was correct. Can only turn right out of the drive through so around the block we went. I went in to get it corrected. Wasn’t even acknowledged even though they saw me carry in their containers so they knew something was wrong. I had to grab the only person that at least glanced at me. Told him I was at the window and he seemed to remember but didn’t say a word just waited for me to speak. No apology or even a single word. Just left the correct stuff in front of me and said keep the wrong stuff too. Only when we got home and unpacked everything did we realize they forgot the 6 biscuits too. $46 seems like a lot for so much disappointment.

I absolutely love KFC and that’s the only reason this place is getting 3/5 stars ⭐️ cause god knows it would otherwise be 1. The wife and I went through drive through the other day and after deciding that I want to switch up my order from regular to extra crispy the women on the other side of the microphone acted like I just asked her to climb Mt Everest to put together my order. Annd wouldnt you know when i finally got my food with an extra helping of “I hate my job hospitality” from the staff, there’s not one single spork to eat my mashed potatoes. I’m in a vehicle in the drive thru of course I don’t have a extra stash of utensils. Most people don’t, so just assume that if almost every order at KFC comes with a side that needs them, than just put it in my bag so I don’t have to ask or go back and get another serving of that absolute disgust you have of an attitude

Order 8 piece chicken bucket with cold slaw and French fries and a famous bowl what I got when I got home was 8 piece chicken bucket with 8 legs a bowl of cheese macaroni and a bowl of mash potatoes only thing correct was the famous bowl.Try to call four times no answer .Also try to call the Main office to KfC Nobody seems to answer phones. Worst place will never go back.

It’s Kentucky Fried Chicken, the single greatest food on the planet. Staff is friendly, service is good, and the place is usually pretty clean. The occasional whining customer who orders off-menu and expects a 5 star Michelin experience sometimes makes for an unpleasant experience: it’s a KFC in a lousy neighborhood in Haverhill, you snowflakes.

Negative stars needs to be a option…Last year for Kentucky derby I went and requested 2 buckets of chicken .I was told I could only have 1. This year I thought I would order ahead. I ordered and paid for 2 36 piece nuggets to bring to the party. When I went to pick up there was one box , I told employee I had ordered 2 36 piece nuggets and she said yes and they were all in one box. When I arrived at party and put nuggets out there were 36. Spent hour calling and nobody would answer the phone. Totally disgusted with the service at the Main Street Haverhill location . I paid almost 42.00 for 36 chicken nuggets. I will never go back or recommend this establishment.
