I placed my order and it did not come out the way I wanted it to, no big deal…. So I politely asked the young man behind the counter to fix it and stated what was wrong with it. After several attempts by him asking me “how I knew it wasn’t correct you didn’t eat it” when you can clearly see I took a small bite out of it, THEN and him telling someone in the back where I could still hear him say “yooo he’s a liar” in a typical teenage puke manor I don’t appreciate being disrespected and bad mouthed when all i asked for is how I specifically wanted something. I would fire this kid if he spoke to my customers this way. I assure you i will NEVER spend my money here again.

Man this is the second time I’ve ordered a famous bowl from this location and they’ve given me burnt corn and gravy when all I wanted was no popcorn chicken then tried to argue with me what was wrong with the order after opening it up and showing them just pure burnt corn that was cold and tasted funky. Kfc what is this please ?!?? check if the orders are correct before sending them out to the customer

Was told chicken was fresh!!!! It was all breading. Should of known, I was the 1st customer. Never again!!!!! When did the portions get so small!!!!???? $13.50 for a wing, thigh and leg with probably 2ozs of coleslaw and mashed potatoes!!!! A biscuit was so small!

Ordered online. Only received 10/16 of my chicken pieces, all the thighs and half the breasts were missing. The drumsticks were lollipopped with no meat connecting end to end. The wings were tangled up in weird mangles not bigger than my palm, all with shattered tiny bones.

I have to tell you about the incredible experience I had a KFC. I know it sounds like wow KFC how can it be incredible but I’m gonna tell you I waited in the drive-through for a few minutes but somebody in front of me who asked 1 million questions but eventually they moved on. I moved up to order, My usual items. But they didn’t have them but I understand because it was late at night. The girl that was on the microphone offered some substitutes and said that essentially all they had was Taco Bell. Wow it’s not my favorite it is acceptable and the way that she expressed it to me was that it was going to be very good. Once I finally took hold of my beefy burrito and took my first bite I couldn’t have been more excited. This was about 11 o’clock at night she was friendly energetically engaging and has certainly caused me to want to come back. Thank you KFC and Taco Bell!!!

Just stopped here on our way home from a wedding. The people working there hate it so much they make you super uncomfortable by yelling at you, yelling at each other and slamming doors and chairs around. Even the manager seemed like he would go off the rails any moment. I understand life these days is tough for us millennials but these people made me feel in danger.
