My only concern is people not being trained to use Utensils to plate the chicken. You are wearing gloves, not to protect your hands but to protect the food you are serving and your customer. I’m not happy about watching an employee who is wearing gloves and touching all kinds of dirty surfaces then picking up the chicken with those same gloved hands and putting that now dirty chicken on my plate. Restaurants, especially fast food establishments need to be training their employees on the importance of good hygiene and cross contamination and sadly its not happening. Gross!

I was training at my work near this KFC and decided to go here for lunch. I wasn’t overly impressed by the location, but it wasn’t bad. The workers are friendly and the food is good. I tried the new chicken wraps (2 for $5.00) and loved them!

Recently went to this KFC and they forgot a sandwich I ordered. I wasn’t charged for it and was willing to pay, but because they forgot all about it they comped me the sandwich and even threw in free fries. That’s amazing customer service right there. This specific restaurant is my go-to KFC already, but will always be my go-to now.

KFC does good chicken. The service was outstanding! A bit pricey for chicken, but the flavors were quite good. Everything was was on the hot side. I did, however, find the chicken pot pie on the skimpy side, with about half the pie empty of food. Overall I’d say it’s comparable to other fast food, but a bit pricey.

Nothing spectacular about this location; on a couple of occasion gone through the drive thru to place orders. only to find they forget 1 or 2 items I paid for. [ things or items get missing when you go home and find out that you’re missing one or two items]. Other occasions look like they’re spaced out figuratively speaking.
