This is by far the best KFC in the state of Rhode Island. Food was made great to order. I maybe waited about 10mins. Food was super hot and crispy. Workers even made sure i had extra sauce and napkins in the bag. 10/10! I wish i could give this place more than five star rating

Just because you close at 10 doesn’t mean you can give people attitude and provide half the food. You work until 10pm, people are allowed to order up to that time…. it was 9:15pm when we ordered. We really like KFC and your the only one around. Despise McD and you went to you… guess we’ll just wait until the Warwick location reopens!!

It’s still good, fast food when you need to feed the family in a hurry but boy is it getting more expensive every time I go there! I still love their crispy chicken and biscuits though. Everything tastes fresh and the service was courteous and fast.

Fast food is a hit or miss. You could hit it at the wrong time and maybe they’re too busy or like the staff there is not working together in sync. I happen to catch it at a very good time. I went here Around 1230 on a weekday and they gave me everything that was Supposed to be Included with the meal and also the extra items I had requested. The food was served quick and it was prepared And served well. The biscuits were the fluffiest I have ever seen at a KFC and more on the larger size so I was surprised and happy about it. The woman who took my order had a pleasant voice and was very courteous Seemed very professional. A few weeks back I went to the KFC in Greenville which was a bad experience so this definitely made up for it. personally, for me, it was a very good experience. hope you catch a good one also.

Definitely doesn’t look anything like the commercial . I’m not being to picky but being a manager of another type of business I know that your service is everything. It can make or break a company. I mean we have low expectations of KFC like we do with McDonald’s or Taco Bell but at least the sandwich could look somewhat uniform and neat LOL. I mean that would be what I’d want if I was in charge of KFC or definitely what I’d want if I owned it!!
