Uber eats driver here. This is the third time the app sends me to pick up a KFC order after 9o’clock and I am told the do not take orders from UBEReats or other delivery services after 9:00. Somebody should notify UBEReats that they do not provide services after 9. Also we were told at drive thru that only Taco Bell specific 2 items are available to order after 10. Hours of operation say they close at 11pm. It does not specify “Only Taco Bell even less Only so and so options from Taco Bell”. Owner should get this checked out.

Not one table clean…floor strown with garbage nothing stocked…no covers straws or napkins…stations disgusting…kitchen floors has garbage…staff standing around…really bad how this place went from great to a mess. If this had a place for pictures I’d post them!!

Two or three male employee didn’t wear face masks while they were talking to you. They do have face mask on their neck, but didn’t cover either mouth or nose. And they were making food for you. Be careful during Convid-19 periods.

Worst service and rudest employees I’ve ever had at this kfc. The menu was confusing from what was shown, the employee couldnt find the menue items and I was laughed at by staff for adding a side. I will not order here again!

They just HAVE to give you pickles on your chicken littles Im always insanely polite to them (and all fast food workers) and I make sure everytime I repeat my order to say no pickles ..everytime they repeat it back they casually leave out the no pickles part…I always have to say it one last time and they repeat it begrudgingly, like Im asking for the world lol..I’d say 98%of the time there’s still pickles on it
