I had left my phone on one of the tables. When I returned to pick It up the nice cashier had ran to the back to grab it for me. Upon returning it to me the manager that’s on rite now proceeded to yell at her for being back there infront of the whole store. Even after she had tried to explain to her manager what was going on she proceeded to yell. I had stepped in to apologize as I felt the way she was being talked to was very belittling and extremely uncalled for. As a person in a leader ship roll I know how hard it is to find good employees if I spoke to my peers that way I don’t belive I would have any. As she is in a leadership roll she should already know that it is in no way acceptable to speak to other employees in that manner especially in front of customer and she should definitely take a class on how to communicate with others in the work place. If I was that young lady I would have walked rite out. I strongly feel somthing needs to be done about this as this is not the first time I have herd her yell at other employees. It very disrespectful not just to them but to customers as well. Not only did I feel as tho it was my fault she was treated this way but so uncomfortable that I don’t belive I will be eating here anymore.

KFC has always been on the pricey side. Still a cheaper and tastier sandwich than Chick-fil-A! The employee that took our order seemed bored or unhappy; like we were an inconvenience to her. Had to search for the trash bins, nowhere near either door, hidden by the bathrooms. All the tables were dirty in some way.

This place was terrible. I waited 13 minutes just to get my order in and 9 for it to be given to me. The workers are to busy doing online orders to pay attention to the actual customers in the store and asking for us to wait so those online orders can be filled is just ridiculous..

If I could 1 star I would I went around 5 pm on Friday. This young lady with a black wrap on her head and short says does any one have a pick up order and I and any lady said no so the cashier says thank God. So I go to place my order and the cashier in a rude attitude says can you hurry up I’m really busy here and don’t have time. When there’s was only 1 other person in line. Which was so disappointing and disrespect to me a customer. I will never go back here again. Lost a good customer.

god awful…kids running the joint….no clue what they are doing….no fries or slaw in a full size order…didnt know how to replace breast for wings…….price was high and wasnt supposed to be anything close to what we got….never going back to woony again !!

They gave me a tiny drop of mayo on my chicken little Sands which and mix old fried with a new batch of fries should be unacceptable. I wasted all that money on fries for a large fry and they mixed my fries with old fried ruin and dried up with a new batch of fries. Stop being God dam lazy and board of health should know about this !
