I ordered the 8pc meal and chose 2lg mashed potatoes and gravy as the 2 large sides. I asked for crispy chicken and added 2 lg coleslaw. Everything came out to $45.98!!! Both large mashed potatoes were super watery and weren’t large portions. It looked like they ran out of instant mix and already had the water boiling then put 1 spoon of potatoes in each bowl. I don’t even know what to say about the coleslaw. And the biscuits were so hard that I literally was knocking on my counter with it and my sister could hear the knocks over the phone!! The soggy chicken that was supposed to be crispy was dry. The only thing that was good was the gravy. Never will I ever go back to taunton ave. And then the guy who was in the drive thru was trying to do his job when one of his rude co-workers tried to take over him to be rude to me when he was doing perfectly fine. I don’t know your name sir but stay strong with that rude co worker.

Place is horrible. I ordered a 8pc family meal they forgot half of my stuff I go thru drive thru 3 times then I get home and more stuff is missing. I called to speak to a manager after I told her they never gave me a receipt she hung up on me I called multiple times and they avoided all my calls!!!! Manager was extremely rude and corporate needs to be aware of this situation. They also give a small small portion…

We ordered to-go on Sunday, June 12th at 2:30 in the afternoon. The young lady who took our order was extremely patient and courteous. Our large order was perfect. Best experience at a KFC in years. *There should be more staff than three (very young) people on a weekend.

Came here 15 minutes before closing after being in the hospital with my son for 7 hours. Didn’t realize they close an hour early on week days. Did not have many options, was satisfied with 3 chicken little meals. There weren’t enough french fries for each container and each chicken little had tiny pieces of chicken that we cut from strips. I didn’t get what I paid for and would have gone somewhere else if I was just informed there was no more food. Also, when I asked for extra Mayo I got an attitude.

KFC isn’t what it used to be the chicken was sitting for a while and old I had to go back up to the counter and get a new plate I think that the best Kentucky Fried Chicken is on Mount North Main Street and Providence not to say that Kentucky Fried Chicken has changed over the years and so has their products

Went there yesterday to try the new wraps place just open and they where slow as can be. Order 4 wraps 2 no pickels and it was like asking for miracle. They where Ryde to about it to guess was the manager or someone in charge the guy making said these 2 have no pickles and she said out loud well not my problem don’t have anything to mark it they can figure ot out.
