Horrible. Manager is miserable and treats his associates and customers terrible. After ordering food online we were told we would have to wait almost 60 minutes after given pick up time as none of our food was ready and still needed to be cooked. No sides or anything on shelves. I canceled my order but the manager said they do not give refunds. When my confused comment was ” seriously ” he made a racist comment and called me a nasty name.

Came in here was my first time. My first thought was how dirty the place seemed, so I was a little nervous to get food here, but my kids were asking for it ! The man who took my order was friendly. I thought my order came out fast, but they did forget one item, so I had to run back in to get it. The manager, I think, got me the missing order with no problems.They were out of ketchup that day as well. The food was good and was happy with the meals.

They were out of many items this particular evening, service was slow, food did not taste fresh. I witnessed this guy adding fries to one of their new big variety boxes with his bare hands. I will not be returning.

The chicken tenders was soooo yucky. It tasted old, I guess is the only way to put it. The manager was very nice and personable , they were out of Buffalo ranch and honey mustard which would have at least made the stale chicken a little better.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst chicken sandwich I ever had, I decided to go with Door Dash for a last minute hunger thing and paid 25$ for Mac and cheese and French Fries and my spicy chicken sandwich. My Mac and cheese was OK, but it was cold so had to microwave that for a minute. Fries were good, because the recipe is pre-made and shipped frozen as always, but my chicken inside my sandwich tasted like it sat in a heated plastic pan for 8 hours, it was cold, very rubbery and could barely chew it. It was a spicy one as well but had maybe an eighth of an ounce of spicy sauce that was already soaked into the bun by the time I got it. I’ve lived near this place all my life and ordered many times, but I suggest and promise anyone reading this to never order nor will i ever myself order from this main street location again. Absolutely the worst food I ever paid money for. Better off grabbing a gas station chicken sandwich from Shell across the street. Saddest part is that someone who gets paid to make this food was comfortable and actually let this chicken that was atleast 5-6 hours old be sold to one of their customers. Poor KFC! You lost a customer. 🙁
