This place is a piece of $#it! I ordered on-line, prepaid, and requested it to be ready at 11:00am. The people were VERY rude and stated that the food would not be ready until 11:30am. I waited in the parking a watched 3 people order and receive their food. I got back in line at 11:30am and the food still was not ready. When it finally was ready it wasn’t correct. I was missing the extra sides that I ordered. By this time I was so fed up I was not in the mood to argue. I hope the KFC franchise enjoyed me overpaying, because that will be the LAST time I go to ANY kcf again. I hope this KFC closes a better restaurant goes in its place. Better yet, nothing going the there is better than the KFC that is there now.

Place isn’t what it used to be. Lobby is closed after 7pm. The employees that work are too lazy to work. Why send someone around the drive thru 2 times to pick up a mobile order because it wasn’t ready when there’s clearly a pick up parking spot. Shows the I.Q of the geniuses there and their costumer service etiquette. They have no sense of pride which could explain why most of them look and fit the profile of what Manchester is becoming. Completely disappointed that what was once a good spot to order become what it is. Save your money; you’re better off going to USA chicken on elm st.

Rude never gets an order right and the chicken which was wrong that I got was definitely very old I am also handicapped and they wouldn’t give my online order through drive through so I went into the dirty empty store to get it. I will never ever be back Popeyes will now have my business

I ordered food a 6pm, they had half of my order ready and I had to wait 45 minutes for the rest. In the meantime half of the order got cold and the chicken became hard. I have never experienced a restaurant where they put out part of your order and make you wait 45 minutes for the rest! Terrible customer service and time management. After making a claim for a return online, I was told I was going to get a refund of $17.00 when I paid $33.09 for food I never took. This company needs to figure out their business.

The girl in the drive-thru had an attitude and told me I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order and you couldn’t walk in to get my food and then did not inform me at 1st that 1 of the items I ordered online was not available and did not ask if I wanted to substitute it for something else until I drove around again for a 2nd time and then 1 of her coworkers did not ask me what I ordered just flung a bag of food at me that wasn’t my order and then the girl walked up to the window and I informed her it wasn’t my order and she sucked her teeth and walked up to someone else and told him to give my order to me, I tried to ask why I couldn’t come in to pick up my order but was ignored! They all seemed like they just wanted to either be sitting doing nothing on their phones or painting their nails other than working serving customers! I will not be coming back to this location the next time I’m in Manchester, I’ll go to a different location!

I’ve been here for 2 hours because they are backed up on orders. I asked and they still have not even started to make my order. I didn’t order something big just a 5 piece tender meal. In the restaurant as I write this and everyone is waiting for thier order. Complete mayhem -10/10

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve been to a restaurant and actually felt like the people behind the counter cared about me as a consumer. I can’t say enough about the staff that was working this particular evening. 3/31/23 @ 6:45. The service was great.

Staff don’t acknowledge customers for 10-15 minutes, constantly running out of Chicken, you know the C part of their name. Rude, obnoxious and clearly clueless staff. Save yourself a trip and head over to popeyes or one of the local chicken places in Manchester.

The place is always dirty. I’ve had problems here in the past but I went back last night after a few years. I got the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I thought I was going to need the hospital I just barely pulled through today. Worst experience ever. I can’t remember the last time I was in that much pain.
