I ordered through the drive-through. Was asked to park off to the side. Not a problem. Waited for over 25 minutes in my car. Had to use the bathroom and figured I’d just wait inside until I could get my food. Waited an additional 15 minutes, watched 3 other orders that came in after I was asked to park get served. The poor girl behind the counter alone had to retake my order because apparently somebody cleared the board of my order because I sat so long. Quick to take my money and slow to serve the food. MANAGEMENT of this facility was nowhere to be seen. I took my food and walked onwards after a 40 minute wait. Fast food? Yeah right. Not the regular employees fault. Management sucks and seems weak. Do better leading management, before it gets closed up, the regular employees lose their jobs and everyone goes to the next town over.

The employees were good although had to ask for a receipt naturally if they said it’s grown away. The food on the other hand was disgusting and the price I paid for it was not worth the price so food that I got it was garbage it did not have that classic KFC flavor to it the soda machine Pepsi was mostly carbonation I tried Dr pepper also mostly carbonation got around to mountain dew which was not as bad.

They can’t get it right at the drive thru…they try and get close. I can’t recall how many times I have gone there, before driving away, “Is there a fork and napkins in the bag?” They always, always say yes. Rarely are they in the bag. Last time there they got two out of three pieces of chicken the right segment, that’s pretty much their batting average. I like their food, just the service, although pleasant and courteous, lacks focus. Don’t make my mistake, check EVERYTHING before you drive off. Unfortunately that creates delays.

I continue to come here only because it’s the only fast food restaurant between work and home without going out of my way. I don’t think they have gotten my order right a single time, regardless of if I clearly order at the drive through or place a mobile pick up order. Today, it was missing a side I paid extra for, dipping sauce, and the Starry I got tasted like flat seltzer.

After waiting for 15 minutes in line inside , I was told I couldn’t order at the counter , the young lady said she had been directed not to take anymore orders at the counter , AFTER I watched her take an order from another customer . There were only 3 people working inside , one person , the manager sat at a desk in back doing whatever . Then waiting at the drive thru another 25 minutes , I finally was able to place an order . Which came out cold , as if it had been sitting for a long time .

Food was amazing! Employees sucked! No enthusiasm what’s so ever or how can I help you nothing! Also looked like store manager had her 2 kids running around the store and in the back with no shoes on, I have never seen that in my entire 25 years of living. Very unprofessional bringing your kid to work and in back with all those hot Ovens and oil! Smarten up!

Horrible experience. Kids food was ok, my tenders look like they were sitting for quite some time. Reason for one star was every table was dirty and sticky. I almost lost my shoe over by the drink station it was so sticky and a mess. Door glass was spidered on the entrance door.

The food is always fresh and good here. When you do drive through the service is decent. However I’ve ordered door dash and 4 out of the 5 times I have ordered they do not give you sauces. Even when you pay extra for extra sauces you get zero. No forks or straws given half the time and one time I had no ice in my drink. Door dash did refund me some money so I was happy with that but it is still frustrating because the honey mustard is one of the reasons I go to kfc. Some training needs to be done about doordash orders for sure.
