They got my order wrong two days in a row. How do you even do that. I asked for hot sauce and the bag had NO HOT SAUCE it was the whole reason I was looking forward to the meal. Completely devastated. Might cry into my 16 piece chicken tenders. Will still come back duh but very disappointed..

Ordered fill up box. There was no fries in the pkg. Also ordered mashed w/no gravy and Mac n cheese sides. Got Cole slaw and mashed pot w/gravy. Not very good service on the order. The clerk was friendly who waited on us. Otherwise not good.

I don’t want to give it one star because I won’t let it give it a 1/2 a star tonight’s experience. There was horrible After telling the girl three times they still messed up my order . And then I waited another 25 minutes before I got my order. So during my weight I got to sit in and Watch my wife, eat her dinner. I get the pleasure of taking mine home. Ordered two double downs, one without mayo and it came with Mayo. No biggie, things happen. Reordered a new double down without Mayo and received just a regular chicken sandwich instead lol. Food was still good but fries were cold from after waiting for them to remake the new sandwich.
