Rude service and every single time we’ve come here they either get our order wrong or forget something. The lady in charge tonight was make annoyed looks and sounds huffing and puffing around as if the customers can’t see her attitude through the window. Customers understand short staff and longer wait times better when there isn’t rude attitudes followed with it.

Ordered the family bucket with nuggets and fries chicken. Was supposed to have 2 drum sticks which is what I wanted. I don’t like the breast, thighs or wings. My meal had no drumsticks so I didn’t eat. I haven’t been to this particular KFC in months because of the disappointment I experienced last time. Well they didn’t fail to disappoint again. Probably the worst service I ever had at a restaurant by far. I tried to order a couple of chicken sandwiches but was told they were all out of chicken patties which was fine. I understand that happens. I told the woman who appeared to be the manager that I needed a minute to figure out what I wanted instead. She never came back to take my order or even acknowledged me. The staff continued to work on drive through orders while completely ignoring the people lined up in the lobby. I was patient waiting almost 20 minutes before saying I was ready to order when she finally came to the counter but was told it would be a little longer. A person in line behind me asked how much longer to which she replied she didn’t know. We all left at that point. I was ordering 4 meals and there were 6 or more people behind me that just left because of this horrible lack of service! If the couldn’t handle the counter service they should have just locked the door which they’ve done in the past.

So I’ve worked customer service before it’s not hard. When someone asks for something and you do not have it. TELL THE CUSTOMER YOU DO NOT HAVE IT NOT THAT IT WILL BE DONE IN 20 minutes. The only reasonable person that was working was randy 5 stars to you bud. But the rest of you suck. Then when an employee asks if you have enough fries and you are not clear. Communication my friends works wonders for all things. Customer service skills definitely need major work. And then to ignore the customer you lied to and make someone else finish the order you started is not okay.
