I’m giving three stars when I should be giving one. Make sure when you go there, if you pay with cash, you get a receipt from the person at that window and count what’s been given back to you. Thankfully who ever counted that girls drawer down gave us back our correct change. Which is why I’m giving three.

Very disappointing! KFC always had the best chicken and coleslaw. My 3pc tender meal came with coleslaw that was mostly watery mixture and tasted absolutely horrible. I took half a bite and tossed it. My chicken tenders was 2 bites and done. They were about a quarter of the size they usually are. My daughter has a 4pc tender meal and her biscuit was not fully cooked through. Her tenders was smaller than mine. I have never had a complaint about KFC until now…so disappointing. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service was the young man at the second window. He was polite and pleasant. The girl taking orders was not so much. Not sure I will be back.

This was a waste of money. We ordered breast and wing meals and received thigh and legs. They weren’t even cooked properly. I will not go back to this KFC. Very disappointed!!

When ordering a bucket of chicken from this kfc, I always ask for no thighs and get legs or wings instead. Yesterday the drive through person reacted to my request as if she had never heard of making a substitution and said she would have to check to see if she could make the substitution. She was not a new employee. She reported back saying she could not make the substitution.

Probably the worst KFC I have ever been too, the chicken was dry af. Corn, was dry also. Mash Potato was probably the only acceptable item. Taco meat had a terrible taste to it.

This was incredible! I’m disappointed that Google says this is 3 stars. Thats completely untrue, KFC here hit the spot. Timothy took our order kindly, best food I’ve had at a restaurant hands down. (Lovely chicken, not dry at all. Homemade tasting macaroni and cheese, amazing mashed potatos.) It wasn’t busy though, so the service might slow down on a different day.

DO NOT PLACE MOBILE ORDERS FOR HERE. I placed a mobile order at 11:50, the app said it was finished at 12:01. I stand there for 40 minutes waiting for my order which NEVER came out, not a single employee came over in that entire time to ask me if I needed help. I then decide to ask for a refund through the app which just sends me to a bot with no option to talk to an agent. I will never be going to this KFC again. Also why does the taco bell app not work for here? You can only mobile order KFC.

GROSS FOOD! Got an 8 piece dark meat original, drumsticks were smaller than ones one wings. Chicken was not fresh, extremely salty and just overall gross, possibly the worst I’ve had in decades. The people there move sooooo slow, by the time the lady just hovering was told to make my order I swear it took her like 5-10 min to put it together (with potatoes, coleslaw and biscuits.
