went to pick up my food and it wasn’t ready. It’s OK I’m a patient person. There was a nice woman behind the counter who I chatted with for a moment. Upon returning home I realize that they had left out one of my chicken sandwiches. I had to drive all the way back to pick it up, and instead of an apology. I got attitude. she made my sandwich and a half and it was the tiniest piece of chicken I have ever seen!! come on KFC you can do better!

This is the third time I’ve ordered white meat in the big box meal only to get it home and it’s dark meat! For a thirteen dollar meal I’m extremely disappointed. If they told me that they only had dark meat I’d order something else!

Ordered the power bowl chicken asked for xtra chicken I think I got just a wave of chicken across of it more lettuce then anything paying 6.99 plus extra 1.20 for extra chicken for lettuce asked about the chicken and got laughed at and got told you got chicken I was like where. If I could give zero stars I would stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before anyone came and helped me they seen me there but ignored me, finally a young lady came over and apologized to me for my wait she was the only one who was nice the young man who gave me my order was rude and gave me a attitude cause I was checking my order before I left, I do not order out very often but I was just tired and did not feel like cooking next time I will just put lettuce together at home if I want just lettuce. At least when you go to subway and order there bowls u get chicken in it. They also forgot to put eating utensils in the bag my mom’s biscuit was so hard she could not bite into it hurt her mouth and how can a restaurant be out of butter I asked them for some butter for my mom’s potatoes and I got told sorry we are out what was they out of utensils also.

Every single table was dirty. All trays dirty. No medium lids. Had to ask for a table to be washed. They left it wet. Had to go back up for a tray even though order was for eat in. They had to wash the tray, and they left that wet too.

Terrible service, and product. We were frequent customers until our recent visit. When we arrived at 930pm the business was closed and employees long gone, although the hours listed on the door still says 10pm, as well as the official corporate website. I complained, and after several back and forth attempts, I finally spoke to the store manager Jessica Gordon. She called me twice, but every time I tried to return her call it rang and rang until the fax machine picked up. It wasn’t until I just repeatedly dialed the number she gave me, until anyone answered the phone. She apologized and explained that they have different winter hours and close at 9pm on weekdays other than Friday and Saturday during the winter, and gave us a free Family fill-up, which I was pleased with. She filled out a certificate for the meal, so we could pick it up in the next couple days.
