Staff is rude af.. feels like a burden that I went to a fast food restaurant to get food. no one is ever prepared for “busy hour”. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT I’ve literally sat here for 50 min waiting for something already paid for with no other customers. I literally was nervous to complain about my order cause I was scared they would do something to my food … the order was a chicken Sandwich w no pickles and they messed it up… LIKE HOW EVEN and I’ve been here a few times it’s like this every single time.

It had been quite some time since we had KFC because our local one has been closed for ages. Read bad reviews for St Albans location, but took a chance and went anyway. Our food was good. The restaurant was clean. Nathan, the young man that waited on us was pleasant, helpful, courteous, and quick. What more can you ask for with fast food! They were busy too.

Went to pick up a quick meal for dinner. When I pulled in there was only 1 car in the parking lot. Perfect, no waiting. The drive through was completely empty as well. I go to the drive through and get ready to order, but before I do the girl on the other end says there’s a 15 minute wait on food. I wasn’t given an explanation, but considering the lack of traffic I would surmise that someone was feeling a little lazy and didn’t want to do any work. This is the 2nd time I’ve been given this line at this establishment. In the future I’ll take my money next door to Burger King or McDonald’s. They actually do their jobs there.

Surprise!!!!. It was actually good in flavour and was well fried no blood was leaking out of it. I purchased a 3 piece and a big tender burger. First impression of the store inside was as if I stepped back into time, which wasn’t a bad thing. They had had a lot of old marketing pictures.. Staff “Mike” was attentive and our order was done in a timely manner.

I’m not one to write a review, but this experience was too horrible not to share. The drive threw experience was terrible rude communication threw the intercom, really didn’t think anything of it. After receiving our food we noticed that we were missing food so I went in the store to get the food we were missing. I heard the store manager yelling behind the counter “they drove away without their food”. The lady in the window literally said have a nice day. When she notice I was there for my missing food she threw it at the counter. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. The nachos were so gross from the old oil, you can’t even eat. Chicken is dry and disgusting. Waste of money.

This location is a complete joke and an absolute tarnish on the KFC name. And people in Vermont still frequent this place. No KFC restaurant in Louisiana or Texas would ever be such a disgrace by providing the worst customer service on earth. On 04/28 my family and I visited this location and a female staff handled a broom & dust pan and then attempted to touch our food, then told another African American customer after his entire order had been screwed up that he couldn’t get a refund. But she gave another Caucasian customer his refund. She argued with customers so loudly it was just sickening. No one in there right mind should want to be subject to this trash of a restaurant and rude behaviors of customer service. If you want KFC I strongly advice to drive past St Albans VT to somewhere else.

Worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to!! They close 2hrs early then just stand around & tell everyone that comes their outta everything. Moved to Saint A, a yr ago & I’ve tried it 5-6 timeS after work & it happens every time!!
