The chicken pot pie is just ok. The taste is a bit off. I suspect it’s not fresh although it’s hot and cooked. The chicken nuggets are terrible. Each piece of nugget is smaller than one piece of popcorn chicken. They are triple the size in a different KFC restaurant.

Was in a hurry, this was close and it was open. Usually choose Popeye’s. It was a late lunch. Drive thru, 3 piece dinner extra crispy with fries. Chicken was old, tasted like crispy flavored original recipe. Like they were using the same oil to cook both. Fries were old too. They should not serve old lunch time chicken. My first job was KFC as a teenager. I cooked both original and crispy. I know what it should taste like. I ate some, then tossed the food for the birds. I wonder if the crows ate it? Probably not. Do not recommend.

The speaker is either broken, or the lady who took our order in the drive thru was very hard of hearing, and shouldn’t be working the speaker. She kept saying we ordered things we never did. We ordered three of the 3 piece tenders, the original chicken sandwich meal, and then a bucket meal last. It wasn’t until the bucket meal when my husband was asking for one of the sides to be fries, that she says, “We have no fries…” so we were like wait, all the other meals we just ordered come with fries, why wasn’t that mentioned before now? She replied by asking what else we wanted with some other meal we didn’t order. We got so frustrated, that my husband finally just went inside while I waited in the car with the kids. He came out more frustrated, saying the sodas were very flat, and was glad he tried it before leaving the building, so we had to go get drinks elsewhere. The guy inside was rude about him asking for a refund for the flat drinks. Wait time as a whole was about 30 minutes, and some of my husbands chicken was undercooked, and my chicken sandwich was room temperature, and stale. I read all the bad reviews after the fact, and have decided we won’t be back. Don’t waste your time going here. Waste of money, and time.

The food wasn’t awful, but after putting an online order in and showing up when it was supposed to be ready, we stood there for 25 minutes as multiple drive threw orders went out. They finally told us after about 15 minutes after standing there that they were just putting our food in now… the workers… were rude, on their cell phones, not wearing gloves and swearing… for everyone to hear. It’s pretty unprofessional and definitely won’t be going back.

The service is slow. I went twice in a month, the food ordered was frozen or not available. They don’t keep the food ready like most kfcs. The floors were slimy, bathrooms filthy, the ceiling looks like it is falling down over the soda machine. Tables are sticky, big ants were on the counter, window and bathroom. It felt very dirty. The nuggets were tiny. Servings are small, chicken was dry. We ordered a family bucket, no original available, and we got no white meat in our bucket. Disgustingly disappointed. The board of health needs to visit!!!

I live three hours from KFC. I was on my way through town from Burlington VT. I haven’t had KFC since I was a kid so I figured I’d stop and have dinner with my fiancee. Well no b the less I will never eat here again. The kitchen was so dirty, Greecy, a puddle of oil oall over the floor. The dinner area floors were super slippery, tables had food all over them. They were out of most drinks, fries, and ect.the staff was very nice and apologized not sure who is in charge but this is definitely against OSHA. I will be calling due to people will be getting sick. I will never eat here again.

The person in the window couldn’t figure out our change you can’t find the drive thru and one of the employees including the manager had to be told the same order 10 times before we got it she then put in the amount wrong by a dollar but had to call manager over then giving us our change she gave us all nickel we said this isn’t the right about she said I’m pretty sure it is my mom said no it’s only 15 cents and she said oh they were in the wrong spot she couldn’t tell the difference of a nickel and a quarter and even if it was nickels it would have been to much so we are not impressed at all for there service
