I just picked up my takeout order, almost everything is wrong. Half the food is missing, the fries are so salty they are inedible, the sandwiches are just dry bread with a piece of soggy chicken thrown on, the sprite is just seltzer water.. no flavoring at all and there are no sauces, napkins or utensils. Even if they are busy no place should mess up this bad after spending over $70. On my way back to try to get the order replaced. I have my doubts though with the winners that work in the store.

Food was horrible and we found long hair in everyone of are dishes. The staff was rude. Staff was talking about having a cysts on there body while we were trying to dine. Was over charged then the order was completely wrong. I am not satisfied which is sad because I love KFC. But not the new Rutland Vermont KFC

I had not had KFC in a long time. Ordered 3 piece all legs with coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, legs were perfectly crisp, and slaw was fresh and tasty.

Horrible service. Went several months ago and swore I would never go back. However, my mother was hungry for fried chicken so I thought I would give it another try. I went inside, thinking it would be faster. It took a long time to get someone to take my order. The man in front of me gave up and left. I had to wait 35 minutes to get my food after ordering. They person who ordered right after me demanded her money back.

Went to the drive thru and the wait was horrible at least 20 minutes if not more. Get the window after ordering and was told that there was a 16 minute wait on fries. I specifically asked to just take the fries off just give me the chicken tenders that I ordered that I didn’t want a different side. The employee at the window then proceeded to refund my entire order that I still wanted the chicken and sandwiches. When I asked her why I was told because I didn’t want the fries or a different side. Her offer was to go to the back of the drive thru line which was still long at that point and re order my food. All this while being very snotty about me wanting the rest of the food just being ok without fries

When I looked for my receipt in the bag to break down food. No napkins in bag. I spoke with somebody named Cody asked if I wanted to speak with another manager. Then the phone was grabbed by somebody else. Ask who I was speaking to whoever it was told me they did not have to give me their name. Then I asked for corporates number and the person told me we’re not part of the corporation. He told me to look it up on Google.
