The “made by hand” sign board drew our attention as we had a craving for fried chicken. We stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. We each ordered their special combo with two sides. The taste and quality was better than expected. Crispy outside and not too excessively oily throughout.

On 7/26/23 at 11:15am we arrived at KFC to purchase a VERY large order of chicken for our church event that day. We spoke to the cashier and stated what we needed I politely attempted to say hello. I shook the cashiers hand. She said she don’t shake hands. We explained to her that we need 160 pieces of chicken.

This is the second time this location has forgot food in the order. This time I contacted the location after we arrived 15 mins back home to see they left out the 8 tenders of the combo in bucket and not only were they rude and accused us of lying that the food was missing.

Every time I go here or order from here it’s like they never even knew my order was a thing. I mobile order and it says its being prepared I arrive and it isn’t even started every time. They always seem to be out of chicken and I am always ending up waiting 10-20minutes for them to make more.

This is the WORST PLACE TO TRY TO GET LUNCH!! After they greeted me on the drive thru speaker they ignored me. I sat there for 4 minutes waiting and I had about 8 cars behind me. When I drove up to the window to tell them their speaker not working 2 employee walked past me to go to the back and then another one came and filled his soda cup smirked at me and walked to the back. I honestly have never been so insulted. I was trying to buy lunch for 8 workers and I spent the whole hour waiting just to be ignored I will absolutely never go back here and I hope everyone else that was in line complains at well those snotty kids need to either be reprimanded or fired.

I have NEVER had such poor service in my life. The lobby was not closed so I went in for 2 sandwiches to go, a simple order. One customer was in front of me. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Finally, this person, who was also filling the first customer’s order, came to the counter with the food. She then told me she’d be right back and went to prepare more ingredients. There were 5 other employees working. When my order was given, a different employee told me it would be 5 minutes. As I waited, all of the employees consulted and discussed their schedule and then disappeared, with the exception of the woman at the drive thru window. One young man asked if my order had been taken. I said yes. After 7 or 8 minutes, I asked the drive thru person if she could check on my order. Another woman came back and prepared the sandwiches with the chicken the young man had put in the oven as he spoke to me. No organization or communication. I felt completely ignored and unappreciated. Meanwhile, the lobby hadn’t been cleaned so I am not sure what these people were being paid to do.

I had a moment when I had a tremor in my left hand and dropped my meal. One of the girls running the register saw me and replaced my meal. I have RA and it can make things difficult at times.
