This place is nasty! I’m sorry KFC used to be really good but ever since management has changed hands quite a few times the food quality, customer service and rudeness from employees have become a given from this KFC. You buy chicken and the lady behind the counter tells you they’re out of sauce seriously! This didn’t happen to just me as my friends have commented too on this issue. This KFC use to be busy quite frequently but nowadays no matter when l drive by it doesn’t seem so.

Went inside. The last time i will patronize this KFC. Wanted to add an item, extra gravy, after my order was bagged but before paying. Got a real attitude and didnt get my gravy. Ill drive the 3 extra miles to Meriden. There is some kind of attitude or problem every time i go there.
