Terrible old discolored and they have been letting the chicken sit in grease and dry out… I eat this almost everyday. The popcorn chicken is so big they look like chicken tenders and they put the gravy over my chicken and it gets soggy and nasty. They refuse to put chicken on last…

I’m a pet transporter by proffession, so I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a 16 piece bucket and a 4 piece combo. I got charged for those things. I ended up having to wait for the 16 piece, which is understandable, but it took longer than necessary. We’re constantly on the road, and by the time we were able to eat, we were several miles down the road, and that’s when we noticed that we only got half of the 16 piece, and the pieces I got weren’t even whole pieces. The chicken was overly greasy, and soggy. The mashed potato side I got, and the bisquit, had grease all over them, I ended up having to wipe down the mashed potatoes just to be able to eat them without grease getting everywhere. When you have to eat in your car, with only baby wipes to clean your hands, that much excess grease is a nightmare to clean up, not to mention a waste of wipes.

I witnessed a worker who had some chicken on the counter the same chicken that was on the counter the worker made a chicken wrap with the same chicken that was sitting on the counter. The worker sold thr chicken wrap to the customer after the chicken was sitting on the counter. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there because the customer service is poor. The manager was upset because he had to refund my money. The chicken was old and it wasn’t NO good

The service was awful. Worker wouldn’t stop eating to attend the counter. I could see her in the drive thru. Gross. Overpriced. And while I was dining in a fly flew up my nose. While I was sitting and eating other employees were starring at me. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.
