Ordered our food at 3:40pm. We went through the drive through to pick up and waited at the speaker for several minutes to be told we need to come inside for pick up orders. We got inside after the estimated pick up time and the girl standing at the counter would not look at us. She only had one customer waiting on the pick up side of the counter. She then proceeded to talk to a friend who was sitting at the restaurant. I interrupted to let her know i was there to pick up an online order. They never opened the order. We waited for an additional 35 mins for them to make our order. Meanwhile people with much larger orders in the drive through came and went. All in all we waited 55 mins for an order at a fast food restaurant. I should note there was a family there that had been waiting before we entered, and were still waiting when we left. No one apologized for the wait, no one cared, the girl seemed put out and annoyed about having to do her job- poorly at that. The restaurant was filthy. The floor and counters covered in dried sticky soda. No one cared to clean it up. The tables had not been wiped down well. There is nothing positive I could say about this location. Management needs a revamp for sure. Even my 5 year old made me promise to never go back.

Terrible service we order from here regularly on DoorDash. We literally PAY EXTRA for sauces each and every time and for some reason we think it’s gonna be different and it’s still the same old they never put sauces in the bag which makes no sense cuz the only reason they even have sauces in the building is for the tenders!!!! It’s the most ratchet KFC I’ve ever gone to they really need some common sense up in there. If I could give zero stars, I would. Somethings gotta change here. Oh, and don’t even bother trying to call because nobody seems to know how to answer a phone there!! this is the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever had to deal with smh GET IT TOGETHER!!! Forgetting the sauces once OK I understand but every single time we order!!?!??

I had not been to a K of C in 30 years, but my son wanted to try it. Used the drive-in. The family bucket of original recipe with French fries and coleslaw was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous! Will definitely go back!

Everytime I go here it’s very slow. I don’t know if it’s a chain thing or just this location, but last time it took over an hour to get my order. There was 1 person in front of me. They were also out of crispy and I was asked to wait almost 20 mins or change my order.

I have been to this KFC for a third time somewhere between 10 and 10:30 pm and they are closed…their drive-thru speaker has a sign as well as their website stating they close at 11. They regularly take way too long to answer you in the drive-thru when they are open and aren’t friendly in the slightest. I usually just let it go, take my food, and go the F@(% home.

Horrible service, I put in an online order and when I got there they had nothing available from my order and told me I had to cancel online, it said they marked my order as completed online and i was unable to request to cancel it. Went to the drive-thru again waited 15 mins no response at the speaker so I pulled to the window and they shook their head at me yelling “were closed goodbye” and walked off. Completely disrespectful and uneducated staff. I want my $31.97 back smh

This KFC is the most unorganized restaurant I’ve ever been in first of all when you place an order online you should be able to go there pick up your order not here The doors were locked so you couldn’t go inside so you had to wait in a long line and went around the building in order to get your order so instead of being a quick pick up and end up being the 30-minute pickup when I got there they couldn’t find my order I called the store several times the first time somebody picked up they just hung up they are not professional at all The manager was standing there with her hands in her pockets watch everybody else scramble trying to please the customers if I had been doing a CSBG for this store it would have plung big time so disappointed I probably will not return to that store again service was bad wait time was awful The food was okay but it was not warm very disappointed
