I strongly encourage customers to use KFC app to pick up your order inside the store. My order was ready when I arrived. There was no line inside (unlike drive thru). Food was exactly as I ordered it and well protected.

Worst experience. Customer service is horrible. I hope corporate or their regional manager reads this. Messed up my order and also order was incomplete. This Restaurant was recently upgraded from Renovations but I don’t understand why they are not fixing their staff issues.

Slower than molasses! 40 minute wait in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us. STAY AWAY. This isn’t fast food, it’s a joke. Once you’re in line there’s no way to leave the line, so you’re stuck.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The drive through is a trap – you can’t escape once you pull in, and you will have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for your food because the employees drag their feet. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for a dry chicken sandwich that was clearly not freshly made as advertised, it tasted like it was sitting under a hot lamp for hours. The cheese inside my steak quesadilla was barely even melted. Absolutely disgusting food and abysmal service.
