I moved to the USA from England and was quite excited to try KFC here, expecting it to be much better than what was already a pretty good fried chicken experience at KFC in England. I’ve been to a total of 4 different KFCs in locations from Kentucky to New York and they have all been awful. Passable chicken, old fries, fed up employees. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else that does fried chicken, or failing that, find somewhere else that doesn’t do fried chicken and eat something different.

Worst customer service! Awful food. Disrespectful employee who overlooked an issue with our order. She has an accent in the Richard Avenue restaurant and argued with my daughter and I about one item not in our bag. It was the worst experience and then the food was bad. No wonder the store is always empty. Who would want to go here. Chicken over cooked. Hard biscuits. Watery Mac & cheese. Disrespectful management. DONT BOTHER GOING HERe
