This location has changed ownership over the years. Sadly the service and food have changed as well… not for the good. I’ve visited this location recently, a few times for basic stuff, chicken. Sadly my experiences have been old, dry and stake chicken. The staff weren’t equally dry, stale and not customer driven. Needless to say, no more dollars of mine will be generated at this location.

I stood there for over 20 minutes. Did not even get to order. The guy that was taking everyone’s order was also filling orders while two other people were wandering around doing nothing. And he looked like he was in middle school. It was a horrible experience, I didn’t get to eat and I was on my lunch break for work. And the place was dirty. There were at least eight to nine people milling around either waiting for orders for a very long time or waiting to order. Somebody needs to manage that place. It’s not the first time I had this kind of experience there.

2nd time I order the famous bowl and end up with chunks of fried batter instead of chicken pieces. I’ll give it one more shot because it’s location. I’ll update and let you know if it’s better to stop at Popeyes around the corner instead.

I honestly never take the time to post reviews for fast food… however tonight I’m taking the time. It’s March 9th and I picked up dinner around 7:30 through the drive thru. This was the best kfc I’ve ever had. The quality was so fresh and perfect. I honestly was so shocked. I’ve had KFC plenty of times but it’s never never NEVER been this good. The chicken was so fresh/juicy here and always is at this location. The biscuit was the best biscuit I’ve ever had. I felt like they made the food just for me in that moment I ordered it however it only took a few minutes for my food to be ready. The people who work drive thru are so polite and friendly. I’ve been here several times and I wouldn’t ever go back to another location. I’ve been to other locations where the chicken tasted like it was warmed up and not fresh. I’ve been to places where the biscuit was as hard as a rock. So honestly idk why this location has bad reviews. I give this KFC 5 stars! Please keep this level of quality up and those people who worked tonight definitely deserve the acknowledgement. Thanks!

Service very very poor when buying inside, waited more than 30min for my order. The was no one on the tills and when asked to be served I was told can’t you see we’re busy. Never again buy at your KFC. Your employees have bad attitude.

Avoid this location like the Plague! The workers there have to be the most incompetent people ever. We’ve ordered a few times for delivery and EVERY TIME something is wrong and items missing. We always wait a few months and try again hoping THIS time they will get it right…just to be disappointed. The ticket CLEARLY says 2 Pot Pie Fillups. One can argue that underneath itemizing each one it says one. I would accept that but we got TWO pot pies as ordered but ONE drink and ONE cookie.
