I am a frequent patron of this restaurant. I usually go here to get my children’s food after school because they enjoy the food. I pulled up to order food through the drive through and was told the drive through was closed and I had to walk in. I had my kids in the car and it would have been an almost impossible task to gather them and go inside I inquired as to why the drive through was closed the lady who was operating the head set became very nasty and kept stating “the drive though was closed”. I was patient and confused and after several attempts to get an answer I was ignored. Eventually after me just sitting In the drive though awaiting a response she still continue to withhold a response. I stated to her that the hours on the sign stated the drive through was still open and was genuinely confused. After several attempts to get an explanation I was ignored again. Eventually after the several attempts I asked for the drive through operators name, she was reluctant to respond and finally stated “you can go ahead and complain”. I requested her full name as I intend to contact corporate and there was no response of who the Manager on duty was. Needless to say they will not receive my business again.

DO NOT EAT HERE‼️ They have ROACHES AND MICE. I recorded this video to let the manager OSHEEN know and after that every shift that I worked she would harass me to put my phone in the office then suddenly she took me off the schedule and never put me back on , she never even told me the reason I was fired . Worst place ever i had to work the front cashier and after I took orders I had to go put the orders together by myself because it was 3 people working the drive thru apparently the drive thru is more important then dine in

I used to frequent this particular KFC. Now, it is not very good. The food can be missing if you go to the drive thru. The last time I went, which was a few days ago, the service sucked. They left out a few items. I had to go inside and there were young people working. They had a nonchalant attitude like it was no big deal. I did get my order fixed but, I wasn’t satisfied with how they dealt with the situation.

East Orange KFC had never been the best as far as customer service (lived in NJ for years) but now it’s the pits. The people who work there have conversations with their friends or whomever comes to talk to them… they argue back and forth and make you feel like you’re wasting their time coming to order food. They barely had anything. The manager really wasn’t helpful to the staff. There was a new girl who was near tears because she didn’t know all what to do. Smh. The food wasn’t great either.
