This place crew is terrible, stopped at the drive-thru after a bad day in a hospital and looking at the menu with 4 family members, guy said to hurry up that we were on a timer. Reallyyyyyyyyyyyy? No one behind us and he spit his nonsense lack professionalism and politely out to the garbage can. Luckily KFC I can’t rate -5 Stars. Ohhhh and for worst a Latino like me, Reallyyyyyyyyyyyy?

Providing 3 stars because staff was friendly. I came here 3 times in one week, me and my husband both got the mashed potato bowl it was delicious. However all three times our sodas were completely flat, tasting like flavored water. Twice we asked them to change the soda machine. Third day i came sodas STILL FLAT

Over the years I have learned a couple of things from this particular KFC: Always to keep my orders short (no more than one or two things) and to always check my bag for everything before I leave just to make sure that I have everything I ordered. As a number of other reviewers have noted, detail orientation has never been a strong point of this KFC, and this point goes back to the 1980s. They have a litany of order mistakes and omissions. Also, use cash. Numerous errors have occurred in the register with credit cards over the years, and I can recall at least a dozen times when I was in back of someone on line arguing about errors in their credit card bill. Food wise, the chicken has been on a steady decline since the corporation bought out the original Colonel Sanders in the late 1970s and is only a shadow of what it used to be. The restaurant itself has a nice seating area. That however is one of the few good points about here. Otherwise, just get your food and go.

If I can give it 0 stars, I would… they dropped my food out the window (the bag ripped because it was so full) and then I got wraps that were missing the pickles and the sauce was splattered all over the place! It wasn’t even wrapped properly!!!! It was a total mess…

It should be zero stars. Two cars Infront of me and it took 25 min. Finally took my order they said they have no buffalo sauce I said I’ll take honey mustard and they gave no sauce. Talked to people outside while I was in line and they said no one goes to this one because they take forever. You can be second in line drive to the next towns KFC and get back with food before you get your food here
