This place needs to be checked by KFC Corporate (YUM! Brands) for standards (if they have any). I really wish KFC was a better chain- this location exemplifies the problems with the brand. Customer service is rude, the quality of food keeps getting worse,the lobby hasnt been updated since it used to be a Pizza Hut/KFC, and it’s quite dirty. I also don’t expect perfect food from KFC, but when you get a chicken drunstick with no chicken, for 3.50? This is stealing. Don’t come to this location. It’s not worth the time or money to eat here. You can’t fix this location.

Food was excellent. Customer service was awful. I asked for a 5 piece tenders and 2 large sides. I was told 5 piece was only a combo. I could only order 3 or 8 as a non combo. I was charged 20.99 for 8 tenders and $5.29 for each of my large sides. When I was asking about the 5 piece combo the unhelpful cashier Sali Linda only pointed to the menu behind her. I mentioned I have vision problems and had trouble reading it. The did not prompt any further assistance from her. If she had any customer service skills she should have mentioned the 8 piece family meal comes with 2 large sides for less money then she was about to charge me with all separate items. I was very polite and friendly towards her so there was no need to stick me with a higher bill than needed. Please train the staff there better. My ticket was 4417 and I was rung up at 11:01 am 2023-06-03 at restaurant #G135336.

My food was not good at all what so ever! I belive the oil used cook the chicken needed to be changed, my chicken looked like it sat in the oil too long, it was not what I remembered about eating KFC! I had to throw it away, I tried to give my dog the skin and she didn’t even attempt to eat it so in the garbage it went! I should’ve returned it to the store but I was already home and wasn’t going back out! I sew why I don’t do fast food like I used to and as far as the service…….let’s just say it needs some attention and I’ll leave off like that!!!!!

Asked for mashed, got some kind of fries, one piece of chicken was raw inside . The funnel cake fries were cold. The woman behind the counter did not want to be there . Sadly . This will be my last visit to KFC.

I went to KFC for lunch today. I pulled up to the window and was told I had to go inside. I ordered my food, they gave me 3 cups, no lids in the holder and I asked for a cup holder they don’t have any and offered me a bag. Really?? I managed to get 2 of the drinks in the house the other one spilled out into the food bag..
