I love going to this KFC. I think they are one of the only ones around in this area. On my way home from work, I go through the drive-through. Hardly ever a line in the drive-through. The staff is friendly and the prices are still good.

I ordered food here and they forgot majority of the food I ordered I had to go back and get it. Not only am I wasting my time in gas to go back to get what I ordered they also argued with me that they gave me everything but I showed them the receipt and the bag of the food untouched. The female manager was so RUDE and unprofessional because she was cursing and trying to argue with me. When going to the KFC on 17 you might want to check your order because they miss everything and when you go back and tell them the lady gets nasty with you.

Our family loves Kentucky Fried Chicken, especially me! Tonight when I saw KFC I had to stop for some good ole comfort foods! I ended up with the 2 piece white meat, biscuits, and mashed potatoes! It was hands down absolutely delicious! It reminded me of some chicken my grandmother used to fry up. So down home goodness!

Went for dinner as my son never tried KFC. We got take out, but when we got home they forgot my son’s fries and his plain chicken sandwich was not plain. We live close now, so went back. Customer service was non existent. They remade the sandwich and fries, but no apology not even a word. Just tossed the food on the counter and walked away. Mistakes happen. All you need to do is say sorry and fix the order.

This place has really gone downhill. No ability to customize, no Nashville/spicy chicken except w sauce poured on. Also no public bathroom for customers, when questioned manager about a requirement for functioning bathrooms she mumbled and walked away. I don’t see this location staying open long.

I paid for #1 to stay and eat. Manger refused me to staying in the restaurant, because they are closing at 10 pm. I ordered at 9:37 pm. I told her I’ll eat quickly but still said no, so I requested to get my money back. She was rude, then she wanted to give me the meal for free, I refused and left.
