I visited this KFC to order out. First thing that was weird- they charge for coupon flyers! The prices were much higher than they used to be, inflation I suppose, but if I wanted to spend that much I’d had gotten healthy food from elsewhere.

I liked KFC for a very long time, and today I decided to order online. However, I’m really disappointed. I picked up my order within the estimated time, but the chicken tenders were already cold, and they were not crispy at all. I enjoyed kfc when I was younger, but year by year it gets worse. They almost burned down the place the other day i have video but I will not post for the respect of staff. This is why you need adult supervision to handle highschool kids. These kids just stay on their phone and put in their AirPods while they work as if it were school. You need some order in this KFC and fast because I don’t see this place in 3-5 years. Very dirty place needs improvement ASAP. You can’t have your AirPods in majority of jobs where’s the management. Rude service as well, they get cranky.
