You gotta pay your workers more and get better staff, or at least have a training day to organize things. Waited 35 minutes for a medium sized order. The staff did give us extra food which is nice, but I guess I should’ve known better coming to a KFC in the first place. It’s not like it was super busy which would be a bit more understandable, it was just super unorganized and 35 minutes is a lot of time. If KFC paid their employees and managers more they could get newer and better, actually motivated, staff. Food was pretty good but extremely greasy. I know that’s asking a lot from a fried chicken place but it’s a lot even on those standards.

if I could give this place a zero I would, but I can’t. we walked in and FIRST the BEST thing on the menu (the popcorn chicken) has been discontinued. ouch. anyway, so we start talking to this lady and she’s kind of snippy. at first i wanted fried chicken, however i dont like dark meat. It has always been you pick what kind of meat you want. (Breast, leg, etc.) And she straigt up told me i couldnt get fried chicken because all of the fried chicken was dark meat.. Not how it works. So she just told me she would write down chicken tendeds. So she puts it down as 4 CHICKEN TENDERS, when i wanted 2. (I didnt finish.) so we order my (the tenders not the fried chicken) food, and she charges it twice. she didn’t even let my mother order, just assumed she wanted the same thing. okkk… weird. so we get our cups and first she tells me there no Pepsi. okay, no problem.

Food is absolutely horrible! There was mold in my mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese was so dried out. Chicken was extremely oily and smelled horrific. I would recommend people not to go there of they don’t want to be sick for days.

I ordered online. Order was not even started until I walked in to pick it up. It took them 45 minutes to make it because they kept giving my items to the drive thru customers. Janice snd Kevin gave me raw chicken and left their used gloves in my daughter’s sandwich.

i never leave reviews but this place is absolutely AWFUL. they are unnecessarily rude, always mess up the order even if its not busy, our fountain drinks are OUT OF SYRUP so its literally just club soda. we’ve tried to call them multiple times to complain and they dont answer the phone (i called when there was no one ordering) do not go here ever, not worth it and you will get ripped off of your money.

The food was the usual but the service was terrible. I had the manager, Peter, take my order and prepare it. I had to wait because there was no chicken ready. I paid extra to get 4 breasts, 2 thighs and 2 legs. When I got home I found 1 breast and 3 wings!! Also, the sides were only half full. I called when I realized and he said, oh, come back and I will give you the rest. Wasnt spending 50 minutes driving back and fourth to the place so I said I was having the charge removed fron my credit card. He said ok. No apology whatsoever!
