Completely disappointed. The manager annoyingly sent us home without fries after having a suite for 10 minutes. I drove all the way back home to find out. I had no fries. I started calling and they didn’t pick the phone up. Not only did they not pick the phone up Big then started picking it up and hanging up, when we get back to the store, he’s telling me he doesn’t have chicken. And try to give me some chocolate cake. This store never has everything on their menu. There’s always an issue. The bright light in this whole experience was a worker name Ciara try to help . The rest of the workers will just focus on going home. They even turned away people to have paid in DoorDash think twice.

My visit to KFC was terrible. I did a mobile order and went to the door to pick it up, and the door was locked. A few minutes later, a lady came out with a DOG on a leash!! She obviously worked there and was a manager because she had a stack of keys and locked it behind her. I knocked again on the door they didn’t bother to come over to me they just motioned with their hands to “go around” the only other place to go was the drive thru and that completely defeats the purpose of mobile pick-up or quick pick-up. The drive thru had 10 cars in line!!! It took 30 minutes of waiting in the drive thru to receive my order, and the food was over cooked smh. This KFC is known for locking the door so customers can’t come in, very inconvenient!! Having a DOG inside the building… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING! We all know Dogs shed, and had I seen that dog before I made a mobile order, I wouldn’t have ordered from there, period!! Major franchises like KFC, regardless of who owns that particular one, should be following standards of all franchises and keeping a DOG in the building where food is made and prepared, I’m sure isn’t standard!!

All the staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. I came for a 8 piece tenders n 8 piece chicken meal but the staff notified me that the meal was only available online so I ordered online and while I waited several staff members made me feel welcomed.

I have a running theory that stand alone KFC only hired incompetent people , and thats why there aren’t many left, this one reinforces that theory . They gave me blsmashed sauce packets that leaked all over in the bag. Thanks for messing up such a simple task guys .

This place literally has the worse service that I have ever seen . I literally waited over 40 mints .. I heard one of the employees say that another employee was at Wawa for over an hour .Wow blows my mind never got any service 7/29/23 got there around 7:10pm left 7:50pm with no food . I hope corporate looks at the cameras , cause they lost me as a customer. I can’t answer survey cause went home hungry .

Beware of the scam! The app & website allow you to place an order for pick up, but when you get to this location they tell you, no you have to wait in the long drive thru line. The actual company says something different! We chose to order on the app to avoid this line and just pick it up. In the end we did not want to wait but then they would not refund the order stating they cannot refund it we have to call corporate. Looked online and my order was marked as COMPLETE! Sat on hold with KFC for 25 mins no answer at all. Emailed twice because this is theft! $46 someone in that store is walking away with! Horrible store and will not return. You can travel a little further for better service and a cleaner store.

So, I’ve placed a mobile order on the KFC app last night and waited 20 minutes before driving there to pick it up (I believe that is plenty of time for them to prepare my food and the app also said it would be ready by then). I come into the store, the place is absolutely filthy (the floor, soda area, tables, etc.), and my food is not there waiting for me. It then takes 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, as all the employees were in the back and preparing food for people ordering in the drive thru and pretending they didn’t hear or see me. Finally someone steps up to the counter then proceeds to tell me that he is only taking new orders and that he is not personally handling mobile orders or any Door Dash orders. So, he helps someone standing behind me to order her food and I wait another 15 minutes for him to come back to the counter. The store is absolutely packed at this point and the person that just ordered her food is called because her order is ready (she ordered way more food than me and I ordered 35 minutes before her). I asked the man when will my order be ready and that the order was placed almost an hour ago, he says the manager and everyone else knows that there are several mobile orders and that they are just ignoring them so he doesn’t know what to tell me then he says “Next!”. I’ve overheard several door dashers that were standing there waiting on their orders talking about how this is the regular experience here and that it is affecting their livelihood. They said they always wait 45 minutes or more, even for small orders like a macaroni and cheese bowl. They said the employees here lock the doors so they go through the drive thru and wait in line then after waiting the employees tell them that they have to come into the store for Door Dash orders. I’ve also witnessed several possible customers leave the store last night because of how long they were waiting in line. I finally got my food, after standing there another 20 minutes. I drove home and I was missing part of my order, plus the chicken tasted like it was old and re-heated. Hire more employees, stop being cheap! And fire the current manager and other employees that was made aware several times of mobile orders as well as seeing them on the monitor but chose to ignore them.

The cashier was more interested in what another employee was doing than taking my order. Another employee was standing around talking about the lump on her neck and not being able move her heard…and saying…some s**t like that instead of filling orders. The food was mediocre at best.

Had a craving. After a few minutes waiting in line I picked up my order of a famous bowl. Food was good as expected and hot. Unfortunately they forgot a spork! You gave me a straw with my drink but nothing to eat my food!
