Every time I have gone to this location they have forgotten half of my order or an entree. Today we have to go back 2x as the first time they did not give us my pot pie. The second time they gave us a kfc bowl. I went back AGAIN and finally got my pot pie. However, this is what I received. The staff has attitudes and are usually goofing off or talking bad about customers when I have been in there instead of paying attention to the orders they are handling. Will not give this location another chance. Hopefully, management starts getting a handle on things.

The lady in the drive-thru is rude. Initially it didn’t start out that way. I had place an order on the app. I went through the drive-thru she said to come in to get my mobile order. No problem that’s totally doable. I go in no one is inside and she tells me my order isn’t ready. Doesn’t tell me how much longer it’d take. Doesn’t seem to be anyone else except her, slowly employees started coming out. One to grab a drink another to assemble what I assume to be their lunch. Not a problem obviously they need a lunch. One person was working on the orders. Didn’t seem like there was much rush as no one was in there except me. I had employees asking me if I was waiting to place an order. I started countless times I’m just picking up an order I placed on the app. There was an order sitting by the counter which I assumed was mine. A couple minute go by no one is really preparing an order from what I can see. By now it’s been 10 minutes since the order said it was ready. I go outside to turn off my car since it seems it’s going to take a while despite there being no customers. The drive thru lady follows me out. She has an order in her hand and very rudely tells me it’s mine. I tell her I stepped outside to turn off my car as it seems like it was going to take a while. She tells me all they had to do was put the sauce in there. 10 minutes to put the sauce into a bag? Personally her attitude wasn’t it. I’ve worked retail and food service before. The customer isn’t always right. But there was no need for the disrespectful attitude from her. I’ve had better experiences in the past with one gentleman in particular. I don’t quite remember his name but he was great. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take instead of the drive-thru lady who just curtly responded your order isn’t ready. He was respectful and kind. I just can’t fathom how it’d take less time when my order was bigger than and it’d take longer when my order was smaller. And even when my order was bigger there were more people in the store. This time with a smaller order there was NO ONE in the store. Frankly I don’t think I’d be visiting this store again. I can see why they have such negative reviews despite being so new. While I do think some of the employees are great. The drive-thru lady left a bad taste in my mouth.

Derick T. On night shift is one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was so polite and helpful with taking our orders. My children love him and his attitude toward his job and his personal values show. I believe that most managers would benefit from his honesty and openness when dealing with customers, employees and people in general.

The building is brand new and looks amazing inside and out. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the service and food quality. I’ve gone multiple times. Litteraly every time I ordered at drive thru I was asked to pull around front. I wouldn’t mind if the food was at least fresh. Instead I get burnt, old chicken that was fried in old grease.

Shannon he’s the best! When he’s on I know the chicken will be out of this world…. delicious. When he’s not there I don’t order anything as the chicken always tastes like it was not done right or leftovers.

We stopped here on our way to the shore last week. There were ten of us and the service was superb. The manager on duty made sure we had everything we needed and all of the staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that it was as cold as a refrigerator inside the restaurant!

Came in a few weeks ago to have dinner and was greeted with kindness as soon as we walked in. The food was prepared with a quickness and efficiency that left us plenty of time to talk and catch up before leaving. The food was really good and the price wasn’t that bad for what I got.

I came here at 11:20pm for mashed potatoes and gravy. The young man told me they didn’t have anymore gravy, so I pulled off. I then realized I actually just wanted the potatoes, so I pull back through not even 20 seconds later. There was nobody else in line. I get to the speaker and he says “sorry we don’t have anymore food for the night.” How do you have no more food when you were just about to serve me 10 seconds ago? The night crew sucks. They always either say they’re done for the night or out of most of their products. So if you’re done, what are you really doing for the remaining 40 minutes of your shift? Ridiculous liars.

I’m not sure if it’s all KFC’s (I’ll check others) but this one is extremely sub par. I was less than impressed with the atmosphere, service, and the food. The employees are serving bad food because of poor management and resources. It is fast food but they should take time to put out better quality food. It’s a shame considering they just got a new store. They even won’t let you have the birthday veterans discounts… Which I could live with… The service was condescending. Which I could live with that as well… But bad food is the line that has to be drawn and be unmovable. Until they fix the food I’d say pass on this restaurant. Hard biscuits, cold chicken, cold sides in with warm foods… Sorry this KFC is not worth the visit.
